Shower needs looking at apart from that everything else was fine didn’t have a problem

The sofa was uncomfortable, and needs replacing

The property needs to be deep cleaned! The kitchen was greasy and full of weird smells, the toilet floor was yellowish, the bed was... (you know it)

Not clean coffee stains on counter mucky floor We was given the wrong room then put into a different room that was clean

The set up of the apartment was nice

The cleanliness was appalling as stated the bathrooms were not clean. I had to clean the shower before having a shower. The sofa downstairs had stains on it, the Sofa bed downstairs was very uncomfortable as the springs are totally gone, I couldn’t sit on the sofa to watch a movie as I had planned to do so with my partner as the sofa was uncomfortable, I felt as if the springs were going to come out and hurt our bottoms. The curtains also had stains on them. Overall the cleanliness was appalling. The springs on the sofa ruined out movie night in as we wanted to watch a movie whilst having a take away night, however we ate our food on the dining table and went upstairs to watch a movie! Even our bedsheets had stains on them. Pictures will be posted.

The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. The guest bed was comfortable.

There was no welcome pack provided. We booked the apartment for 3 people, there were only two of any amenities and towels. Only two chairs provided at the dining table. Had we needed to cook whilst staying we would have struggled with hardly any kitchen equipment or cutlery. There was a chunk missing out of the hob. There were no tea towels and no tablets provided for the dishwasher. There were ripped cushions and stains on the sofa. There was a mop left in the downstairs restroom. There was no hot water!! The sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, no under sheets were provided. No covers on the pillows provided. The towels provided were tiny. The bedside lamps had no bulbs. The remote for the tv in the bedroom did not work. There were used bottles covered with hairs in the bathroom cabinets. With a little time and effort this could have been a lovely stay but unfortunately it was not.

Perfect nothing to complain about!

The flat was well presented, had all the facilities that we required and in a great location to supermarkets and takeaways. The owner was so good to deal with, really friendly and made sure we have all that we needed on our stay. Would definitely stay again! The secure parking was excellent too, with cameras and floodlights so it felt very safe.
