Living room sofa to small not very comfortable. Parking, cars were very close to each other

The location was perfect. It wasn’t too far from the beach. And it was easy to find.

The carpet needs an upgrade. More laundry detergent.

The futon was broken. It was the bed our son was to sleep in. Notified Vacasa, also asked for sheets. My son and I were able to open futon we had to buy sheets for the futon. We were told their local team would contact us. They never did. Kept texting Vasca, and they kept telling us the same thing. Texted them that the condo was hot. I checked the air conditioner filter, there was a plastic bag attached to it. The filter was filthy and messed up. I had to throw it away. I could not find a replacement filter. I notified Vasaca, and again they said they notified their local team. Local team never responded. I was not happy. This was Friday when we arrived, their local team never showed up!

The amenities and availability of all needed items.

loved how close it was to the beach, and it was perfect for me and my family (4). there was a shower outside as well, which was perfect for when we were coming home from the beach.

the only thing was the driveway. it had a steep incline with a very low dip. even while going slow in a big SUV we scraped a little. if you have a lower car maybe try to find different parking or bring a different vehicle.

it was roomy and in a good location.

The futon in the living room is really worn. The dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes very well. Beds were ok.
