the pool area was nice and the living room. the upstairs bedroom was nice although the villa was a little dated.

the downstairs was unacceptable. it was damp dingy the walls had mould on. plaster was falling off the walls. it also smelt extremely mouldy and musty. the septic tank lead all over the lower floor. it was a healthy and safety issue!!!!! the service was appalling to get this fixed. would not recommend. the villa should not be allowed to be rented out until the long issue with the septic tank and water issues are sorted out. it is not safe to stay there. this problem has been on going and just ignored. we could not use the lower floor at all! huge complaint has been made and I will now be making it with booking.con as well.

The location is great, the villa is lovely, very big, nice pool

The attention to detail was not there: one of the bedroom doors had a pane of glass missing meaning no privacy, one of the bathrooms had no cold water as there was a leak, meaning the toilet and shower could not be used, one of the air conditioning units did not work, the wifi kept dropping out, we could not use the safety deposit box as it needed resetting and this was not done for us, we could not lock the door to the games room in the basement, there was a lovely pool table but one of the cues had a tip missing and there was no chalk, so we didn't get to use it.
