Ridiculous!!!! property wasn't available, complaint lodged!!

Great location and spacious.

I love it. My family did expect to see this massive lovely apartment. I will book you again again and again. Thank you for making our stay a memorial one. We will appreciate it.

I love everything in the house especially the bathroom, the bedrooms and kitchen.

The accommodation was a short walk into the centre of Ryde. The decoration was nice, and the kitchen was well-equipped; however, there was no dishwasher as mentioned in the description. It was clear that effort has gone into the apartment to make it feel homely and relaxing. Good for a couple of nights, but probably not for any longer period of time.

Unfortunately the accommodation didn't live up to our expectations based on its description. Firstly, the apartment was advertised (in its name) that it has parking, however there was none (unless you had a Smart Car). We specifically booked this apartment because of the parking, we ended up having to pay an additional £100 for a 14 day parking permit, which we didn't expect. We have a young toddler who is still a bit unstable on her feet so step-free access was also important. However, there was a sizable step in the apartment (to the bathroom), which wasn't ideal. There were several minor issues as you would normally expect; however, a big issue for us was the carpet was in need of a professional clean. The carpet, although vacummed, had a strong and unpleasant smell. As we were staying a while, we bought carpet cleaner and febreze which helped remove the smell. Nevertheless, it was still less than ideal when you have young children. One thing to mention is that although the location was good, the apartment is situated on a main road, which is very loud (even with closed windows). Also, at no fault of the apartment, the local church practises bell ringing every Tuesday evening, and there is the frequent sound of sirens as there is police station around the corner

Beautifully decorated, a lovely house.

But car park was horrible, we couldn’t park our car and the neighbour was very rude and unwelcoming. We felt that it may have been a racial issue. The bathroom has a small crack in the window, meaning the bathroom was freezing cold.

Parking is a big problem we were adviced that there was a allocated parking space, however on arrival we were told we cant park there by other residents.
