Just like the location

Every body knows that now 02 hours load shedding of Electricity is a common issue But There was no Generator or IPS facility here No proper water supply

GOOD IN STAY,

No generator.

Staff was good.

Very bad hotel to stay. Main door and toilet door lock is broken. No generator is there if the electricity is gone. Zero room light. When the power was gone the whole hotel and rooms fully dark. Not value for money.

The room was well organised and clean space was good....perfect location. Staff behaviour was also good

• Very lice location at Gulshan-2. • I have stayed on Room-402. • Good breakfast served in room: Juice, Banana 1pcs, Egg Omlet, Ruti 2pcs, Mixed Vegetables, with a hot tea. • Room are Looks like homestay. • Mahbub bhai allowed late checkout facilities upto 2:30pm.

Floor area not fully cleaned where a lot of dirty sands. Besides, there are many cabinets in room whether most boxes in cabinet are filled by hotel storekeepers items like- Bed Sheets, Shoes etc. Balcony have some electrical instruments and partition between 2rooms not appropriate.

I didn’t like how they want to cheat foreigners and try to deal outside booking.com . The place was nt worth to stay and washroom was not even cleaned. They didn’t gave the room which I booked

We were surprised on arrival as the location has been changed. The staffs were not polite and friendly. Services were not as per expectation. The bed and pillows were hard, not comfy. They told me there was a bathtub but it wasn't. The room was much smaller than it showed in the picture. Totally different room than in the picture. The telephone was dead. The paratha was hard to chew during breakfast. I felt that they were discriminating as we booked it through BOOKING.COM. Asked for advanced in the messages which is unexpected as it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process.
