Често се одлучујемо за овај хотел. Свиђа нам се приватност и удобност у спа центру, чистоћа такође. Увек гледамо да дођемо ван неких празника и распуста. Собе су уредне и чисте.
Нисам сигуран да ли доручак могу да оценим лоше, али истина виђао сам и боље. Међутим, мени лично то није пресудна ствар, нисам дошао због доручка. Увек ће ту бити меса, јаја, кафе, сокова, нећу остати гладан😊

We had an amazing stay and the apartment felt like home for us and our 1 year old son. Very comfortable beds (including the folding sofa, which had comfy mattress). Clean bathroom with high pressure hot water, well-equipped kitchen. Abundant breakfast included in price. The staff are professional, assistive and friendly, allowed me to store my mountain bike safely in the storage facility underground. Hotel is 5-8 minutes walk to central parts with supermarkets and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing to dislike in particular.
One thing that I noticed - hotel was crowded with lots of guests and cleanliness in some common areas (such as staircases) may be improved in such busy periods.

Apartmani se nalaze na odličnoj lokaciji, dovoljno blizu svih sadržaja, a opet izdvojeno iz centra. Doručak je izuzetan, veliki izbor salata sto me je posebno oduševilo, kao i espreso kafa. Sve je bilo neverovatno čisto. Apartmani su novi, potpuno opremljeni i jako prijatno uređeni. Terasa je veliki plus. U trpezariji se nalazi prelepa biblioteka sa puno različitih naslova.
Navešću nekoliko stvari koje nisu obavezno mane, ali su meni zasmetale, pa evo kao informacije: kreveti su jako mekani, naročito bračni. Klima se nalazi iznad kauča na razvlačenje (koji je inače jako veliki) u dnevnoj sobi, pa to treba uzeti u obzir za letnju posetu. Postoji samo 1 lift, pa je ponekad čekanje duže (značajno za porodice sa bebama na primer). Predebeli jorgani, ali to nije ništa novo, u svakom hotelu se pokrivamo samo navlakama :D
Ne postoji nijedna zakačaljka za peškire u kupatilu.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning.
The spa area is nice as well.
I have no complains at all.

Amazing place, gives new perspective on Zlatobir experience. We didn't know what to expect but what we got was joy relaxation and peace. Luxuries new pool and spa. Great food. Even a Tesla charging station.

Everything was as on photos. Staff was friendly. Room was cooled for us before we arrived. Small issue with the handle in bathroom was fixed in marter of minutes with just one call.
Uncomfortable chairs and sofa in the living room. Although not a real issue, we were working from there, bit it was just a small thing.

I loved the pool in the morning at 8am as no one was there and Alexandra was delightful!
The lift was slow and as I was on the top floor it took a while from ground floor after breakfast.

Staff is very professional and very helpful. The hotel is very good equipped and it is very very warm inside. Normally you would expect to have heating and use the ac to be better especially if you are like me traveling with small child but here it was very good and very warm no need of extra heating. Room was classy, tidy, clean, modern and has everything you need from kitchen equipment to towels. Location wise for people traveling with small children is superb. On 2min walk is the park and the lake where all the children are skating if you wanna go to Tornik you can either by bus or car. Hotel has private paring 2 underground garages and 5-6 outside spots for bigger cars. Restaurant in the hotel is also with place for kids where they can play and relax. Spa facilities are good, new clean maintained the pool is not big but also not small so can have more people, the hot bath is awesome. All in all very good place to stay and i am happy i choose them.
I regret that i didnt book with dinner as well. The hotel had very good choice for breakfast always fresh stuff and very good options.
