The beds are terrible metal frame with no box springs, and dog hair all over one of the beds. No coffee maker in room. No continental breakfast. TV didn't work.

It was filthy. We didn't even stay the night. Trash in the halls, food in the bedframe. Holes in the walls. This is a horrible place.

location wasn’t bad

it was absolutely disgusting. the whole building was dirty, but the room was just awful. no pillow cases were given the pillows were nasty, there were huge boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed, the bathroom had pubes everywhere, the tv didn’t work, and we ended up buying our own pillow cases, pillows and blankets from the store. for $300 and having to go spend another $60 on items that should be in there, I will never book here again. would have rather stayed in a motel.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure not only comfort but to make sure you and you guest were safe and had needs as well as wants..when down felt down they insured it was happening to open better doors in which it did

Location was OK for what I needed. I liked the full size refrigerator (even if it was extremely noisy). The hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower bathtub and was really hot. There is throttled free wifi, good for email and general internet surfing, not so good for streaming. I had good 5G cellular connection at this location for streaming.

If I had known that there was no cooking implements for the kitchenette (and perhaps that is tribal knowledge for those who stay at extended stay hotels a lot), I would have stayed elsewhere. I have really learned my lesson here, in seeing what the amenities are before booking and reading other reviews. I guess I take for granted a coffee maker, a toaster, shampoo for the shower, dishes and utensils. It may have been the cheapest in town, but I got exactly what I paid for.

Incompetent lazy staff, there was a car in the parking lot with a flat tire broken windows look like it’s been there for six months people walking around every door trying to get in some other Money clothes and a pair of shorts mothers with three or four babies in the parking lot and two or three dogs stains in the toilet the AC stunk and made a horrific noise all through the night was truly worried about leaving my stuff there while I had to attend a business an absolute rip off I will never stay there again or even drive by the place

Was assigned a room that was occupied by a man. Which me and my daughter didn't know this stranger.

It was close to the University.
