Linens were not clean[dirt,hair,stains] were on linen and guilt. Rugs needed to be cleaned. Ants were present.

the ac was broken and we had issues with the sink. wasn't anyones fault just bad timing. owner and the manager worked as quickly as they could to take care of it.

Rug has stains as well as living room furniture. Couch is broken down and needs to be replaced.

when we checked in and went inside the room we discovered that the bed had been made up. also there were used towels on the floor in the bathroom. we did not want to sleep in a bed that someone else slept in or did we want to dry off with used wet towels. we did not stay in the English Rose room and got another place to stay in in Lake Junaleska for the next 3 nights. I was thinking we should get a total refund to pay for the other accommodation we had to rent. we paid for a clean room, not an uninhabitable one. Vacasa took my credit card payment over the phone. Vacasa was paid directly. to resolve this issue I have texted Vacasa at least 4 times without results so far. if you would, please try to resolve this matter.
