B&B in eeuwen oud gebouw. Tot in de puntjes verzorgde kamer; schoon tot in het kleinste hoekje. Goed sanitair lekkere douche, groot(wat stevig) bed. Alles werkte en was met liefde en aandacht verzorgd. Joviale gastheer, vriendelijk gastvrouw met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor haar gasten, heerlijk en royaal ontbijt. Veel restaurantjes op loopafstand en heerlijk terras bij de B&B met zeer betaalbare drankjes. Met gemak de auto in de oude stad vrijwel voor de deur kunnen parkeren.

Aan de B&B helemaal niets het was alleen even moeilijk te vinden met de auto door een wegafsluiting.

Tout était parfait et vraiment très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner, sur la terrasse fleuries . Magnifique !!!

Not too easy to find!

Lovely, quirky B&B right in the centre of Loches. Fantastic friendly hosts and a really cute terrace to enjoy drinks and look out over the city. Good sized and comfortable room and bathroom with views towards the chateau - accessed up a memorable stone staircase. Limited car parking directly across the street - we got a convenient space. Excellent instructions on how to reach the property by car - driving through the old town. Great recommendations for restaurants bookings ahead of time - otherwise we might have struggled. Highly recommended for a stay in this beautiful town.

Overall we were really happy although we couldn't get wifi working at all and as a minor detail, although cold water was provided on arrival - which was great - there is no fridge in the room.

Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated property retaining original features. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We parked our motorcycle across the road from the property in a carpark which was fine. A choice of very good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was continental which was good. Host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic selection to choose from

Everything, as are visits before we were looked after from the minute we arrived till the moment we left. Chako is an absolute treasure and her enthusiasm for looking after her guest's is fabulous. Breakfast is a feast which was far more than we could eat and the best coffee I had all the time we were away.

We couldn't have been made more welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and super quality, catering for all our needs. An added bonus was the bar and terrace area which was so welcome at the end of a long day.. Olivier was also very helpful with providing a parking area for our motorbikes.. Definitely a place to return to.

It was evening when we arrived. The place was dirty, the bed was the hardest mattress I have ever seen and it would be like sleeping on the floor. There were no pillows or top sheet, and the comforter looked like it had not been washed for months. There were decorative pillow shams on the bed, I guess they expected us to use those as sleeping pillows, but they also looked like they had not been washed for months. The place was uninhabitable and we told the owner/wife that we could not stay in those conditions and that we had to find accommodations elsewhere. She said she was sorry and that she would refund us the next day. They never did refund us and never responded to my text messages.

The bed and breakfast building, room, and courtyard were all extremely charming and well decorated. Chako and Olivier were super friendly and accommodating. We especially liked the bar in the back that they run themselves, and we loved chatting with them about life. Breakfast was cozy and perfect.

central location was excellent

I had a wonderful 2 nights at La Little Maison. The property is super charming and the location is perfect. Olivier and Chako are truly lovely, helpful and kind in every way. They have thought of everything you might need. My room was great, quiet and comfortable. The food was terrific. I've been traveling in France for the past 7 weeks. This was by far my best hotel experience. I will definitely be returning.

This is an amazing location and property including tranquil garden, fun bar, and quaint casual cafe. Extremely wonderful welcoming hosts who went above and beyond and treated us like old friends. Lovingly decorated room with attention to details to promote our comfort. Great view of the castle outside our room window, and views of the town from the garden. Amazing breakfast buffet served, with so many options. Extra bonus if you are a musician - you may end up doing some impromptu performance with your host!

beautifully converted property of great character operated by charming and most helpful hostess. very convenient for visiting the historic centre of Loches with free parking available right outside. lovely breakfast rounded off a delightful stay - pity it was only one night.

Charming house, full of character, in an amazing location. A generous sized bedroom, comfortable bed and well equipped shower room. And the view towards the chateau was far better than anticipated. Great location near to the Cité Royale as well as shops, restaurants etc. Plenty of free car parking nearby. It was a pleasure to meet Chako who was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a lovely setting and consisted of a very varied buffet choice.

Absolutely beautiful, very clean with an incredible location. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay here.
