Didn’t have breakfast, surely no-one can eat $30 of food in the morning! Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Evening meal of chicken and potatoes was expensive and only luke-warm, disappointing for the price. Access to the hotel is awkward and I got stuck in the service area on the opposite side of the main road with no obvious way to get to the hotel. Traffic noise was quite loud even on the 5th floor.

It seemed like a place that people go to die. No one seemed pleased to be there, but seriously, it is at earth’s end. Hiw are things such as cotton buds things that you need to order or organise? I wore a plastic bag on my head to shower because, apparently, shower caps require a delivery. I would like to think that this is a environmental decision but …

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms were larger than expected, clean, new, fresh and room service always made our beds which I loved. Offered a reusable bottle, with water filters on each level for clean fresh drinking water - super handy since I am not a tap water drinker. The breakfast was delicious - would have liked it included in price we paid but we did pay extra and it was nice. Location is a bit random - but quite and was close to the things we needed

The pillows! So soft and I ended up with a very sore back and neck from them. No public transport near this accomodation - the closest bus was a 30 minute walk (which we didn't mind, but keep this in mind)

I liked everything about this hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite

the fact that it's complicated to wifi your phone to the tv to watch movies and most of the times it doesn't work. It was frustrating. Is there any way to make it more accessible?

Overall very satisfied with the stay, had great facilities & the team were very friendly. Stay was cut short but overall did have a great overall experience. The room was spacious, not dated which was great to see and the bathroom alongside the whole room had no faults. Overall amazing hotel, will definitely stay again.

Very modern and luxurious. Excellent design and travel amenities. Hyatt really knows how to design a “perfect” hotel room.

Nothing. Location is in a modern commercial site with lots of beautiful, large office buildings and gorgeous landscaping which we enjoyed. Some might prefer more touristy locales.

Spacious, modern and comfortable room with plenty of seating options to relax on. Very quiet with nice landscaping around the hotel which stood on its own with plenty of space for parking.

Close to my duathlon race. Close to food outlets. Easy to find. Very clean, spotless actually! Amazing continental buffet breakfast!

No microwave in room.

Location suited the need. Parking was easy and accessible. Lovely bar and and facilities. Rooms very comfortable, however no spare pillows or blankets, AC struggled in cooler temp with inly single light quilt cover.

Temperature control was difficult to regulate. It was a particularly cold period and the AC seemed to struggle to maintain and comfortable temp.

Staff are lovely and friendly Restaurant is gorgeous and chef made delicious eggs for breakfast. I travel regularly for work this place is a firm favourite for me
