actually it was like i didnt have any other option so i chosen it

Room had less space i felt claustrophobic, it was clean. didnt tried food there, although I was ok with everything but the owner was not a good guy at all when he talked to me he straight up that from where you booked this i replied "Booking.com" He rudely said dont book from them they dont give us our share and booking.com looting us if you want to stay one more night you have to book offline his tone was so rude i didnt liked at all

Every room has modern facilities which other hotels doesn't. The rooms are very nice and blankets are enough to keep you warm. The staff are also well behaved and vert polite like I even can't hear😆. Anyways..I loved this hotel😌

The service

1. Location is near mall road. 2. It is okay for 600-700 per day. But not more than this. 3. There is inhouse food facility at hotel which is reasonable. 4. Behaviour of staff is okay but manager is weird.

1. There is no power backup in the hotel . 2. Hotel owner asked us to cancel booking.com reservation. 3. The manager / owner is rude in nature. He tries to charge extra for every opportunity. 4. He asked 500 per day extra for heater. (100-200) is still reasonable.. 5. It's checkin and check out timings are also different from other hotels. Like it's 10 am here as check in time. 6. Toilets are not clean. 7. It's a old property and some of the photos of rooms on booking.com are not real.
