Charming little farm house with more space than expected and beautiful view of the river

Easy to get to, clean, comfortable

Oatmeal and cereals were available, as well as coffee/tea/hot chocolate and popcorn. The house was charming and it was nice to visit the brook in the morning.

beautiful house and yard. looked like it had all just been remodeled and it was great—new kitchen appliances etc. comfortable bed, very clean, nice back deck and yard—partially fenced in. our host was very helpful. the creek is great. even with 48 hours of nonstop rain we still really enjoyed the house. good record collection and turntable too! we would love to come back soon!

only thing to be aware of is that the house is very close to a road. this was fine for us—the wood fence that surrounds part of the yard made us feel pretty safe with our dog playing outside but we had to keep an eye out to make sure he didn’t run around the other side of the house that wasn’t fenced in.

we had to pay cleaning 95$ which a rate of one night. not fair.

Very quaint little house.

It was supposed to be “pet friendly “ but the property was not fenced and the Main Street was 5ft from the front door. We were so anxious that the dogs were going to run out in the street.
