Loved the clean modern feel of this well sized apartment. It had all we needed and with an awesome view and quiet too. High ceilings made it feel even larger and good quality. Walking distance to all the shops and beach front. Secure parking and nice lobby area. Children enjoyed the pool but the large lagoon pool at the beachfront was used more as it’s so big. Great patio for relaxing.

For the price paid we were overall very disappointed with the accomodation and our experience. Firstly the place was quiet dirty on arrival, there was a terrible smell coming from the aircon, the refrigerator very obviously needs replacing as shelves are broken, seal needs replacing as the door doesn’t shut unless force used and it also doesn’t keep very cold, the washing machine is also something that probably needs replacing as it made a terrible scratching loud noise during use and the drying function does not work, 4 towels between a family for 5 nights and a dryer that doesn’t work wasn’t sufficient either. There was absolutely no communication or information given on pick up of the door card which meant we had no idea where to park, where to dispose of rubbish, etc (management of the building also made comments to us about how poor communication is for guests of this room as we actually had to ask them for assistance). This particular room is managed privately. Would not book again.

Massive thumbs down for us! Booked and paid accommodation for 3 adults for 3 nights (4 days) for work. Approx $990.00 with 2 work colleagues that flew to Rockhampton to stay here as well. Worst ever accommodation we have experienced & we travel a lot. Details as follows: - 1. 2 x teabags, 2 x coffees satchels and 6 sugars provided. They were old, crunched packets that have been reused. Had to buy teabags 2. 1 x small long life milk provided for 3 adults 3 nights & 4 days. Enough for 1 person for teas and coffee's for 1 day. Had to buy milk 3. 1 x towel and washer for each person for 3 nights and 4 days. No dryer. 4. 2 x small individual round packets of soaps for 3 adults. Expected to share. Had to buy soap 5. 2 x 15ml shampoo, conditioner and body lotions for 3 adults to share? 6. 1 x handwash at kitchen sink that was almost empty with 1cm of handwash in it. This was deliberate. Had to buy handwash/ sanitiser 7. The room had a washing machine but no dryer. A portable small clothes line provided with only 1 rusted and pitted half peg. Had to buy pegs. The weather was windy and raining. Clothes line not fixed and went over the balcony and we had to retrieve it from neighbours yard. 8. Foul smell coming from the floor traps in the bathroom. 9. After hopping out of shower and walking in the kitchen and loungeroom our feet were black. 10. The old crappy Teflon frypan had flaking to no Teflon. Unusable! Can provide photo's. We ate out for B & D! 11. Mentioned this to Harcourts (property managers) and they justified the above as acceptable? This is an insult. I have never complained about accommodation before and we travel up and down the coast a lot each year with work. Even run down caravan parks are cleaner and rooms are properly equipped and catered for for guests. Given Covid you would think basic personal hygiene essentials would be a priority. So stingy for the money you pay. Worst accommodation we have experienced. Can provide photo's!

This is a WOW apartment. WHAT A VIEW!!! 180 degree view! Even though the apartment is "ground floor' it is located at a high point of Yeppoon, and views are to die for! HUGE HUGE balcony along the southern side, and all mod cons aboard you want. We were totally gob smacked upon entry! Clean, large (200sq m) and in a really top apartment complex. You really need to see this! And convenient to town too. In costs it was cheaper than some motels! The car park had lots of space, and the lifts were superb (and you did not need a key card).

Not a thing! We have been travelling all our lives, and this was the best apartment ever.
