Newly remodeled and a FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR

I arrived at the hotel at 11 am. They do not let you check in until 3, they do allow early check-in for an extra fee of $45. But either way they didn't have any rooms available at that time. So I went to meet my friend that I had traveled to see, we went to lunch and did some sight seeing. Came back after 5 pm. When I checked in I requested a room on the bottom floor. The lady said they were none available 🤨 really?!! The first room the gave us the sink was broke and filled with dirty water, had to go back downstairs and let them know. They came and couldn't get it fixed so the moved us to another room. Second room was ok but it didn't have a shower curtain and there was only one small trash can for the room and didn't have one in the bathroom. Also the fridge was a little dirty and there wasn't any batteries in the smoke alarm 🙄. Wouldn't recommend or ever stay there again.

Front desk person who was very nice & efficient but did not know enough to simply tell me that the on/off button on the side of the TV had to be used in order to get the remote to work. But the maintenance man was very nice, amiable & helped me quickly to do something I should have been able to figure out myself, but didn't realize it was not a Smart TV! I knew from past experience not to expect any amenities such as kleenex or hand towels (there are bath towels thank goodness) but, I was surprised when the toilet seat was VERY wiggly & I discovered there were NO bolts holding it down from underneath!! Other than that, the room was exactly what we needed to get there late in the evening, enjoy a good night's sleep & take off as soon as we wanted on the morning!

False advertisement. No breakfast as advertised which was the main reason I booked it. Price advertised said 68 per day. Was charged more because one night was a weekend. No military discount. Loud area renovation going on before 9 am etc etc etc. Talked with manager said sorry. There's nothing I can do.

Rooms were dirty, unpainted, broken. Reserved a non smoking room through Booking.com and the owner/manager assigned us a smoking room anyway.

Dated, floor filthy & peeling up, no trash cans, no where to hang clothes, no ice or bucket, fridge broken, no slip resistance in bath tub, no extra pillows, 3 small regular pillow on king bed, no blanket, 1 disp cup for 2 people, bunch of junk put together to make a table, overloaded things plugged into 1 outlet, holder for iron but no iron, no breakfast as stated. I have other pictures if you want to see for yourself. Sent you 4 of them. Can't believe Booking .com even offers places like this.

The beds were very comfortable that's the first thing I look for traveling on the road for hours the room was clean and the staff showed good hospitality.

I like that my room was on the 1st floor
My room smelled like smoke when I had a non smoke, the lights would not work, my TV was offline the whole time, my sheets smelled like smoke, my ac barely worked, my bathroom has stains on it. The floor was dusty and not clean. My asthma broke out every night because of dusty floor and smoke smell.
