Beautiful character Property, tastefully renovated with friendly & accommodating staff.

A bath would’ve been the icing on the cake !

The atmosphere was good, the food was good but over priced. The staff were nice.

The way they over priced our room and undercut our room. I had to address the matter of overpricing twice before I got satisfaction. No reduction mentioned for smaller room.

breakfast was good, location good, room changed, as we added a last minute additional night, lost the room with the bath unfortunately, no mention of that from the staff, over charged by 60.00 pounds for the room, questioned twice before mistake was rectified.

They should have taken wet towels away, not left them on the floor in our bathroom until we vacated. They should have compensated us for having a room with no bath, they should of fixed the lighting.

Breakfast excellent - evening meal excellent

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were absolutely beautiful . My room had a beautiful bath. The decor was exquisite. On the day before we stayed at a 5*hotel in the city in London and this room was by far a much much nicer experience. They also had a bottle of some liquor with two cups, which we drank, and it was a lovely gesture. We didn't try the tea or coffee from the room. At breakfast, my husband and I ordered vegetarian breakfasts, and it was delicious. We are not vegetarian, but you won't be hungry at all. Breakfast was very nice and filling. The girl at the breakfast was incredibly lovely.

I wished I stayed another day.

Interior design, friendly staff

The window in the bathroom was permanently open, there was no possibility to close it. So taking a shower or using the toilet felt like going outside, which is horrible when the temperature outside is only a few degrees. Staff couldn't do anything about it. I don't recommend it to people who enjoy warmth and comfort (also in the bahtroom).

Great place to stay - the rooms are large and comfortable and balances the feel of being away from home and making you feel at home. Each room is slightly different and all decorated really well.

Lovely clean modern rooms and lovely little bar and restaurant

My booking said I had a bath but I only had a shower.

We were staying as our daughter was arriving at T5 Heathrow early on Saturday morning and the Kings Arms is superbly situated for that. Also on arrival on Friday night the staff were so accommodating and the Fish and Chips were superb.

I actually can't think of anything. The attention to detail in all aspects of the Kings Arms was superb. The only slight criticism I would have would be perhaps more bar staff on, on busy periods, people at the bar were taking up to 15 minutes to get served, perhaps even longer.

The food here is absolutely incredible. Super flavour, exquisite presentation. It was a surprise to be honest, was not expecting that quality! Dinner and breakfast were both thoroughly enjoyed. The room was also very fun, clean and quirky - it was more like an apartment with a ridiculously good walk in shower. 11/10 for food, room and the super helpful happy staff! Thank you!

Nothing! Highly recommrnd this place, it surprised me and my partner at every turn. Excellent value rooms, food was a bit pricey but the quality reflected that so no negatives to mention.

Very modern, excellent bathroom and well decorated through out. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the extra touches in the room.

on our arrival we had to ask a few times for the toiletries to be refreshed. on the second day our room wasn’t cleaned and we received a bit of a poor excuse from the manager as to why.
