Emplacement Rapport qualité prix. Personnel tres agréable et très.pro. Accueil bar joliment décoré et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner complet et pas cher du tout. Chambres spacieuses et modernes. Parking a proximité pas cher. Grand lit confortable. Rangements cadenassés. Bâtiment propre.,beau et moderne. Pizzas savoureuses et pas chères. Belle vue sur Clermont et la voie ferrée.

Il fait plutôt froid dans les chambres et le chauffage est bruyant. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains et il y fait froid. Pas de serviettes. Chambre.portant déjà des stigmates d usure ( trous dans les portes murs). Douche pas Fonctionnelle et asses sommaire c.est dommage. Étage un peu froid niveau éclairage et déco. Bug au niveau du parking (mais bug géré efficacement et avec le sourire , remboursement)..

Staff were always helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need.

Reception Emma is very nice and lovely. All my problems were solved by her with kind patience.

Excellent and friendly staff. I took a place in a room for three people, but I found myself there alone. In the morning there was a light breakfast with very good types of cheeses, excellent strong coffee. Compared to an expensive hotel in Germany, where I spent the previous night, it left me with an impression. After all, I pay twice as much for breakfast as for the room, and I received twice as much service). I want to note for travelers - in the photo of the room it seems that the beds are bunk beds, but this is not so! - each bed is separate, for one person. Thanks to the incredibly kind girl at the reception who met me in the evening and thanks to the girl Emma, who gave me breakfast in the morning and was very kind to me. I often take this route from Portugal to Ukraine and back. Now I will be staying here)

Location: Not too far from the Gare SNCF Facilities: I took a bed in the 4-bed dormitory which was clean, neat and comfortable People: Very friendly and curteous Breakfast: Good, Restaurant is on 3rd floor with a beautiful view of Puy de Dome

Location: Not easily accessible from the City Centre (Jaude) Facilities: Towels are not provided, need to pay extra for towel & soap; Room was warm ar night and no fan. Cost: Cost was on a little high just for a bed in 4-bed dormitory as towels are not provided Check in was at 3 pm and check out was 10am

What I can say is that at the reception I found a very friendly kind and very helpful person, without a doubt.

No towel in room, you should rent. The bathroom was clean but you had to use a squeegee to get rid of the water after your shower. The shower water drain is not compliant.

Hostel was opened just few months ago (3 or 4 months ago if I remember correctly), it feel new and fresh. Beds are comfortable and clean and rooms / spaces well designed. Canteen on third floor have amazing view on the volcanos/hills when the weather allows it. Greatest advantage of this place is reception staff, both at check in and check out girls were doing amazing job and were happy to answer all my questions. Good location, not far away tram allows good connection with city center, also main train station is literally nearby.

Looks like as its a part of the chain and was recently opened, there are some "infancy period" problems that can't be resolved as fast as they should. There is no working Wifi in the rooms, only at the reception. Breakfast had much less options than in similar type of facility - available bread, cake, selection of jams in small portions, cereals, milk, juice, coffee. No cheese, ham, vegetables. Facilities are there, but not the products - feels like place is not operating at full speed (waiting for tourist season) so management don't want to offer fast perishable products. Its not a deal breaker, but surprise. Most unpleasant thing that was fast resolved by staff from reception - while receiving an empty 6 beds room I have noticed bathroom was not fully cleaned - there were long hairs in the sink. Rest of the room was in perfect condition. It seems there is problem with lockers that are set up for the code instead of locks, some of them are blocked - something I was informed staff is working to resolve. Generally despite above, I enjoyed my stay, feel place have potential, but some work need to be done by management.
