Not far from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the center and 3 minutes from a big supermarket, sea view from the terrasse. People from the location were very very nice and helpfull

Quite some noise when you are on the terrasse because of the below street. No impact from inside as widows were isolating the noise

Pool, hot tub, views, space both inside and outside - huge terrace and lots of furniture available in the terrace, all facilities available in the apartment. Supermarket 5 minute walk, Old town and harbour about 15 - 20 minute walk, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful, thank you.

For me personally mattress too hard, but when everything else is fabulous, it is not a problem

Posizione buona sia verso la zona centrale che verso le spiaggie. Accoglienza ottima. Piscina efficiente. Garage con accesso diretto ai piani.

Consiglierei il cambio biancheria da bagno ogni 2/3 giorni. Saremmo necessario qualche appendiabiti fuori dall'armadio, qualche superficie d'appoggio in più nelle camere. Mancano dispenser saponi in bagno.

Für uns war die Lage perfekt mit Aussicht aufs Meer (4. Stock). Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Meer war super! Zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer..super!

Der Verkehrslärm der grossen Strasse darf einem nicht stören! Betrifft nicht die Schlafzimmer da diese nach hinter in den Hof gelegen sind.

The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend - it was close to bars and restaurants and only a short bus ride from Puerto Banus.

Rue très passante et bruyante sur la terrasse mais très bien insonorisée à l’intérieur. Au départ, problème avec la serrure de la porte mais OK un fois compris. Fournir un feuillet d’instructions pour lave-linge.

The property was modern & well presented

The advert misleading we believed we had booking a 3rd floor apartment .. however we got a 1st floor !!! And the staff advised they were full therefore would not move us .. I would never have ever booked a 1st floor apartment ever. Sept 23 over £1k for 5 nights ...we were 3 professional ladies in 40's & 50's.. apartment full of Eastern Europeans

Apartments were okay and rooms are like you can see in pictures. Pool is not very big, but there is always space to sunbath around the pool. On the road side of this building is very good cafe where you can get breakfast and snacks. It have really good toasts which are really price-quality valuable. Aqua apartments reception people are kind.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and the apartment was spacious (with great balcony) and mostly clean - floors were dusty and in need of a proper cleaning. We had a lovely sea view. However with this came constant loud noise from the busy road below. Location was okay with a ten minute walk to the beach and twenty minutes to the old town.

Difficult entry to property Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff when checking in. We had to pay €100 as a deposit in case of damage to the apartment. We were not informed prior to checking in. I do not believe this deposit is listed on booking.com. This is unprofessional in my opinion. On our first night, we discovered that when both showers were in use, there was no hot water - inconvienent with a big group but somewhat understandable. However, one of the showers immediately started to leak when used, leading to the entire bathroom floor flooding. When we reported this to reception, we were merely directed to mop the water up ourselves. We then asked if it were possible to send up more towels to deal with the situation, to which were we told to come downstairs to get them ourselves. Attitude was appalling. Receptionist told us to wait (for days) until someone may be able to fix the issue. Absolutely ridiculous, dire standard of service and entirely unhelpful and rude staff. Had to take out our own rubbish to the public bins. Not exactly what we expected to be spending our time doing on our holidays, especially given the price of staying in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment, around 15 min walk to old town Marbella. Cafe on site was brilliant for breakfast and lunch. Beach across the road

Stayed 1 week, maid cleans once during the week so no fresh towels on a daily basis. That’s the only negative I would say but there is a washing machine so could wash your towels.

Stuff was really nice and welcoming. The apartement is clean we liked the pool as well, we used it a lot.

No sea view dispite we booked a sea view apartamant. They gave us a room in 1st floor and the busy road in front of the house was our only view. Very disapointed. Not enough higeny articles soap, shower gel, etc. Only 2 plastic bags for trash for 10 days. When I asked for more they gave me 2 more, of course I didn't ask 3d time and bought somw in supermarket

One of the bathrooms in our apartment would flood every time the shower was used, causing the flood sensors to go off and the water to be turned off. When approaching the staff, it seemed like this was common and brushed off

everything! clean and spacious apartments and friendly staff.

The parasols at the pool were quite dangerous and blew over in the wind which the staff did try and stop from happening but would be good to get some more sturdy.

The apartment was very clean and tidy app on the tv were an added bonus

The service is bad and not acceptable, the female manager doesn’t understand hospitality, she thinks she a boss Moreover, I’m spending 400€+ and they don’t offer daily apartment cleaning, and when I asked for cleaning she told me I have to pay extra 30€ per visit!!! And the next day I asked for the cleaning services and she told me the service is not available after 2:30pm!!! Finally, I spent 1300€ for 3 nights, and they don’t put water, napkins, nothing Marbella has so may to offer, and so many good places to stay with better price and service, of course will never stay there again and will never recommend this property to anyone

We had a great time at these apartments. We downloaded an app onto our phones. This also gave us access to the apartment door as well as the card for accessing the apartment. The location was a short 10 minute walk into the centre of town and it was very safe with young children. There is supermarket a short walk away too and a petrol station and shop next door. The apartment complex was very secure and there was lots if space in the underground car park. The apartment had three bedrooms and loads of space inside and outside with two bathrooms both with double showers and toiletries. The pool area is well looked after and landscaped beautifully, there was always space available when you wanted to use it. The view of the sea was great too.

There is some traffic noise but we didn’t mind it as it’s nice to see what’s going on at night too. You can hardly hear it once you closes the doors to the balcony at night.
