The room was quite clean and an open space design. I liked the fact it came with laundry and wi-fi (although I couldn't use either due to unforeseen circumstances). My trip was during a storm, so unfortunate timing. There were clean dishes ready, trash bags and two separate bins for recycling and trash (with a helpful recycling guide on the fridge alongside the Wi-Fi password), Ice cube trays in the freezer.

The power was out for 8 hours after I got there at 19/7PM (likely due to the unfortunate storm), the towels were a bit stained and dirty in the bathroom upon arrival, there wasn't an easy way to contact the host/main number while my phone was on the fritz, and the outlets didn't work to charge my phone but worked with the lamp in the room.

Nothing.

Fewer than 48 hours before I was planning to arrive I got a series of messages informing me of emergency repairs at the property and was asked to be switched to another property. I reluctantly agreed only to discover that the property I was switched to, which was the only choice given to me, was unsuitable for a variety of reasons. I only briefly looked inside but did not stay. The property representative never returned my message regarding this nor did they respond to the complaint I made to booking.com. I am trying to get my money back, but perhaps this review will save someone else from having a similar experience.

Quiet neighborhood also in a good area to get to things like stores and parks easily. Plenty of space and stocked with pretty much every amenity you might need. Check in/out was simple.

Before we had a chance to check out, the property was cleaned and all items we left in the apartment were removed and disposed of. Items we had in the unit included two duffel bags with clothing, prescription eyeglasses, a cell phone and wallet. The owner refunded the night's stay, but the total value of items lost is over $3,000. We contacted the police and have spent hours on the phone and online canceling credit cards and replacing lost items. We were paying guests, and the owner was negligent and failed to take proper care in performing the duties owed to us as guests.

Good size and the washing machine was really useful for people like us on a long road trip. Its good value that's the top + Instructions for arrival were good.

No cutting knife, Aircon was leaking a fair bit had to put a towel there.
