Beds a little soft Dining table could do to be bigger as only sat 4 people.

The house was very convenient for a stay in Medway with easy access to anywhere in the towns and local main roads. The location is towards the outside of town so there is not much to walk to, but we knew that before we traveled. The kitchen is well equipped for four people and the house overall comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and organized. We will stay here again when back in Medway.

Minor upgrades would be a few more hand towels, larger bath towels and plastic drinking glasses.

The house was very nice with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.It was close to family we were visiting too. The hosts were great and kindly 8nformed us that a wallet had been found in the accommodation after check out.They were very accomadating it sorting out getting it back to us.Very responsive with emails too.We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. House really nice but the garden could do with a bit of tlc. Many thanks for sharing your home with us.

Garden was in need of some work. Grass very long and no flowers or anything just a concrete area.A patio to sit out on though with table and chairs.

There was nothing not to like. Well stocked kitchen 😀. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Lovely neighbours.

A guide to the house and locality would be good. Took a while to work out how to use the oven

communication was great with the owner from the start. Just a shame he didn’t apologise for turning our heating off! the house was tidy and clean. No tumble dryer like it says in description.

The owner kept turning off the heating when we went out or went to bed. It’s hive and he said it turn off if no activity is around. so must have some device set up that’s hidden !my brother in law is a heating engineer and said it was the owner turning it off all the time. middle of winter you don’t expected to wake up freezing in the night. my son is disabled and up frequently in the night with health issues. when asking why he just sent a message back sorry for the inconvenience!! The temperature was below freezing majority of our stay. we have family down in Kent and we were there for a funeral. would have been nice to had found somewhere we could rent on our frequent visits but sadly we won’t be back there again. wee will find somewhere cheaper next time! probably ok in warmer months to stay there but would recommend in winter.

Tom and Liz were wonderful and hands-on hosts, who were readily willing to assist the few times we needed their help with one or two things at the property. We had a wonderful time at the house-we felt at home! The children were welcomed with cookies and a huge bucket of popcorn. We arrived few days before Christmas and we met a lighted up house. The kitchen and the bathroom had supplies that made our stay comfortable. We are definitely staying at the house on our next visit to the UK.
