Parking cher La salle du petit déjeuner pas très propre Sous notre table, il y avait des aliments écrasés et du beurre , dommage car bel endroit. Serveurs pas très disponibles au petit déjeuner Chambre au 5 eme étage et pas la vue sur Paris

Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffis, tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit tollem Ausblick über Paris, sehr lösungsorientiertes und kompetentes Personal.

Beleuchtung im Badezimmer unzureichend, auch wenig Platz für Ablage im Bad.

Le rooftop au 14e passe en mode bar musical du jeudi soir au samedi soir. Attention si vous êtes au 13e ou 12e, on entend les basses jusqu’à 1h du matin environ… Personne n’aurait informé la réception de cette nuisance sonore avant moi. Or, un commentaire Google datant d’il y a 2 mois le stipule… Je remercie le personnel pour leur réactivité pour le changement de chambre.

La localité , le brunch , personnelle accueillant

Propreté la salle de bain était pas nickel , équipement nous étions dans une chambre pour 3 mais serviette , savon ect que pour 2 personnes .

Le personnel est agréable, le rooftop est vraiment sympa avec une magnifique vue.

Le rapport qualité prix concernant l’espace dans les chambre. Le lit vraiment petit pour deux. En général dans cette gamme des produits douches sont à disposition.

La vue sur Paris au petit déjeuner, la chambre calme et confortable. Le design toujours sympa des Mama Shelter. La situation proche du centre de la Défense où je travaillais le lendemain.

Le personnel gère un flux plutôt qu'il ne s'occupe de ses visiteurs. Le shampoing/savon/conditionneur qui au prétexte d'être écologique a transformé mes cheveux en sac de ronces.

Un très bel accueil du personnel et les deux restaurants très bien et le petit dej, un des meilleurs et heureusement au vu du prix

La propreté de la salle d’eau, les sols sales et je n’ose imaginer la moquette … et la réponse du personnel peu concernée, surprenant

Frühstück ist sehr gut und reich an Auswahl. Das Panorama Restaurant bietet einen traumhaften Blick über Paris.

Ein Wegweiser zur Rezeption wäre hilfreich für Erstanreisende.

Evening meals great Good location outside of Paris with good metro links

At weekends no food at breakfast after 10.30 Don’t sit outside - it’s small and basically the ‘smoking area’ They say breakfast closes at 11 - but essentially they start clearing up at 10.45 Bathroom in suite grotty and made cheap - sliding doors plywood. Dirty floor on floor. Stayed 4 nights, asked for a room with a view as we were put in ground floor - did not change although I asked - they weren't even nice about it - just very matter of fact! Basic room gave no coffee facilities Suite has coffee facilities (2pods) but when used they do not refill. No milk or creamer either. Staff unhelpful - and do the least possible vs. go above and beyond to help - better to have a hotel with a concierge.

The staff at the bar and at the reception are awesome; the rooftop was vibey .

The view was excellent and it was near to everything and metro. The restaurant has an amazing view and everything was clean

The room was clean,staff were amazing and you will find someone on the deck all the time. The location is about 10 min or less to the metro .

The diner was overpriced.

The hotel was very eccentric, cool vibe, and the penthouse bar/restaurant has a view of the Eiffel Tower.

There is no room service. So for small matters such as requesting an ice bucket and 2 glasses. You have to go to the bar and find staff to request it. This is okay during the day, when not so busy. But by the evening. It’s very busy, and you have to que up at the bar as though getting a drink only to request for glasses and ice which becomes a hassle, not only for the hotel guest but also the bar staff. Simple room service for small matters such as this could improve the experience greatly. As not all guests are able to travel to and fro so easily to obtain such items.

We loved our stay. Easy on the metro into Paris. Great family space with two adjoining rooms, lovely clean rooms with fab decor. Would definitely stay again.

Location, decor, and price.

Very stingy with basic things. Why can we not have an extra pillow? Two people staying and only two pillows in the room. Every other hotel I have ever stayed in gives you four. If you ask for another, the my tell you there are no extra pillows in the hotel. Why is that? Cutting corners on washing and supplying comforts is bad business.

Loved having breakfast on the top balcony seeing the eiffel tower outside. The place had a very cool vibe. Thursdays was very fun with a DJ. For both work & pleasure it met my needs. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating!

Only thing that would be a complaint keeping in mind I am American is the air conditioning kept turning off.

We loved everything about the hotel - the bedroom was a good size, bed was so comfy, all the movies on the TV were great. We also went to the penthouse a couple times and the diner once for breakfast. Everything was perfect and the staff were so nice! Also, while the location is a bit further out, it’s super easy to get the metro into town and takes no time at all.

After our stay at Mama Shelter Luxembourg, we fell in love with the chain and its concept! it took us seconds to book for our stay in Paris, after seeing that Mama Shelter had branches there. However, the experience in Paris was not as exciting and interesting as that in Luxembourg. The staff was BEYOND careless and rude, not situated for service sector. To add, we booked 3 rooms for our group and were not helped in having them close to one another. The rooms are small. The cleanliness is questionable.
