I like everything at Traveland! The place is great, the houses are very comfortable, is a good place for bringing friends and/or family, the staff is always very receptive with our needs. We had a problem with our convector in our first night of staying but in the first part of the second-day everything was solved. Thank you very much for your help and professionalism. We will always come back with a lot of joy and happiness! Thank you very much for everything!

I didn't like the cleaning! A friend of mine sad once that if the price for staying is acceptable/affortonable she expects to find a spider or dust in the room. I would say that is absolutly necessary for the rooms to be very clean and without any sign of unwanted guests. Another problem that I consider that can be improved is the facility to make a good, warm shower... The head of the shower battery was fix and oriented to the wall ... somehow very uncomfotable to use it properly. A bath battery with a flexibile shower would be more helpful there. The watter has small presure at the first floor but, with a proper shower device it could help to manage better and quicker this activity. Those 2 made me take 1 Point. In my opinion is important to have a good, comfortable, warm and clean room and good facilities for a proper shower. Thank you!

Location and easy access to Partia Lupul / Lupul Slope Friendly snd helpful Staff, they gave us good reference re skiing gear and recommend Stana as a place to eat , where we loved the food and service. Further away from the busy area, but still in the heart of Poiana Brasov! Great place.

Totul a fost perfect

Отель состоит из нескольких небольших зданий, расположенных как бы по кругу. Внутри очень красивый дворик с детской площадкой и мангальной зоной для каждого номера. Состояние номера (это был даже не номер, а целая 2х комнатная квартира!) прекрасное. Все работает. Чисто. Есть полноценная кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Очень удобно когда вы с маленькими детьми и они не особо едят ресторанную еду. Отопление- газовый котел, который имеет электронную регулировку. Вы можете регулировать как вам нравится. Расстояние до подъемника 100метров! Это детский подъемник "Стадион". На нем можно подняться до телекабины, которая везёт на самый верх! Правда проблема что там нет кассы чтоб пополнить ски пасс, но мы просили работника на подъёмнике чтоб пропустил бесплатно подняться до кассы и он нам ни разу не отказал.

Не удобное время заезда-выезда.

Not value for money. Poor quality of fittings. Bed sheets and matress that are not staying on the bed. Bathroom poorly equiped.
