Good location. Excellent facilities (fridge, microwave); nice hot shower and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Generous refreshments (tea and coffee); Excellent detailed written information in the accommodation; for example, how to operate the microwave and access Netflix and BBC iPlayer on the tv. The availability of Netflix was one of the reasons we booked this room. A comprehensive list of local amenities was also supplied. A nice touch was going into a warm room on arrival (thank you Maria). Also generous supply of sockets to plug in appliances and charge phones.
The mattress was a bit too soft / saggy and only one pillow each. Loose toilet seat. There was a very visible cobweb to the left of the tv. The ceiling light nearest to the shower in the bathroom kept flickering intermittently. Communication of the host to reply or acknowledge messages was very slow. The room itself more ideal for solo travellers; for couples, one night at best. Very small.

Not a lot - only thing that could’ve been better would be off street parking but the was plenty of space out on the road outside so it was not really a problem.

I felt uncomfortable in the bathroom sometimes without a blind over the window. Even though the glass is frosted, I felt a bit exposed.

Exceptionally clean with a comfy bed and a brilliant shower. Very good value. Pleasant host whose communication was good tho we didnt meet
I struggled a bit with the key lock box arrangement but host was helpful in resolving this

Nothing of any significance - a really great place.. As a regular traveller it's always nice to be able to cook food - there is a microwave which considering the price and space is awesome, but ideally some additional facilities would have been great.

Lovely bathroom and a nice touch with the Netflix .Bed was comfortable.Clean.Great shower.Easy parking and close to other amenities.
The room was small but perfectly ok if only staying for one night as there was no clothes hanging storage.The main problem for me was it was very cold in the room.We had a mobile oil heater ticking over but the weather, when we were up there ,was very cold so I didn't sleep great even with layering up and using my own blanket.The duvet was very thin and May have been nice to have had an extra pillow.The bathroom was very cold also.If it wasn't for the cold our stay would have been great for the night .
