We love the size and overall look of the cabin. It had a very large back porch,large yard to have family functions with children and a fire pit. The property was well maintained inside and out.
Upon arrival we looked over the property before unloading. The stove top was dirty, some silverware was dirty, the first shower and toilet was dirty. The second shower bathtub was dirty and had bugs in it and the was in the showerwas cold. The room with the second shower also had no remote to the television.

Location was perfect distance from downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It was simple but comfortable. Beds were great.
Wish there were more seasonings other than salt and pepper and potholders. The property advertised a grill but there wasnt one there.

Location was super convenient to everything! The cabin was comfy, clean, quiet, and super cute. We loved all the extras like coffee pods and creamers. Kim was always quick to respond and check out was very easy.

I don't think there was nothing I really liked. The location was ok. It was about 30min to Gatlinburg
The place was dirty. The couches had wet spots on them when I got there and there was water on the floor. There was unfinished laundry left in the washer and dryer. The place was put together as cheap as possible. You could even still read the measurements of the carpenters cuts on the wall lol. Definitely would never stay there again. Everything was dusty. There was dead bugs right next to the glasses on the shelf.

The location was wonderful, the cabin was a good size and comfortable. However there were lots of cobwebs, the floors weren't cleaned, but it was really nice inside.
Cobwebs, wasps nest on the back patio, the furniture on the back patio was filthy, the inside floors were a little dirty.

I liked that it was on it own property and had full house appliances. Had free wifi so that way I could use my phone.
I didn't like the drive way very hard to get out of with rocks. Shower heads are to low. Handicap bathroom does not have a hose to help bath Handicap person. The room with two beds are really hard. The floor was VERY dirty and has lots of soft spots in throughout the cabin. The was a ton of spiders everywhere and dead bees. Place was definitely not cleaned before my arrival. Washer machine does not fill with water. Laundry is main reason I booked a cabin for my week stay. Also when I booked I needed handicap accessible cabin and didn't know there was stairs in the cabin till we arrived.

The price was good but you get what you pay for. It was nice with 3 bedrooms
.Well the one bedroom the sheets had hairs all in it and crumbs from someone eating in it so that right there tells me the sheets were not cleaned and the the king bed room had no fitted mattress sheet at all but other than that it was OK
