Great location, great property. Bed situation wasn’t as listed but host brought us an air mattress immediately to help rectify.

Mariner condominium is 1 block away from the beach and shops (cafe!). It’s also ground level, which is convenient with strollers. I spent 7 amazing days with my three kids and husband there. The best is location and condominium facilities (laundry, pool, parking, easiness for delivery). Areas of opportunity that are no show stoppers (as I would return there-no questions asked!) are a bigger kitchen and renovating bathrooms. Other than that, it was AMAZING !!!! And our contact was live online help.

My best friend and I needed a much deserved short vacay and this cute condo was perfect. Perfect location to walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. The condo was well stocked, even though we didn't cook! Loved the 2bdrm/2bath for us girls

The location is unbelievable. It is across the street to the Beach and in the other direction there is access to all these great restaurants and even a gas station for supplies. Pool is pretty nice as well.

The place is a bit older but everything was clean and everything we needed was there. Location is good with just a short walk to Naples pier and restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Would have liked a bigger tv and a tv in the bedroom but other than that stay was good.

This location could not be more perfect for a family with small children. With the beach close by & the heated pool, the kids were so happy and active all day. We were grateful for the beach gear provided for our use at the property, also! We flew in and it was not feasible to bring our own stuff. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed and as described. The layout was great and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very small, especially the "kids" bathroom. But we were there with small children, so it was not a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and a few dinners at home. My only recommendation for other future tenants would be to take seriously the request of the property manager to wash sand off your gear and self before entering the property. Our children were regularly running ahead of us into the property after a day at the beach and they dragged sand into the living room and 2nd bed/bath area. The only equipment available for cleaning was a broom, which we tried a few times to use to sweep up the sand. But, you know, we were on vacation and did not spend a lot of time cleaning the floor that week. Evolve reached out after checkout to ask us to provide additional compensation for the cleaning crew for the extra floor cleaning and some other items, which we worked out. It was fine, but next time we stay at the Mariner, we'll definitely make the kids wash off their feet before they enter the apartment.

The location is prime! Such a great hidden treasure . You find yourself steps from the beach, coffee shops and world class restaurants. Prefect cozy get away place. Great place to start your beach day and end your evening after a great meal. Also as an added bonus the owner was always available to answer any questions.Be prepared to find all sorts of thoughtful touches to make your stay special.

Perfect location for heading to the beach, shopping, and dining. Condo is cute and very clean… we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and property for our stay. Literally one block to the sand and everything you need is provided. The owner is outstanding and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We look forward to returning soon!

This location of this property was perfect. It is a cozy place with all the amenities you need. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute walk to the 3rd street south. We had a great time and would recommend this location to anyone who wants to be in the mix of things.

We had a great time staying here. You can't beat the location, only walk a block west and you're on the beach. Walk a block east and you're at Tommy Bahamas and several other restaurants and shops. This is a classical style Florida place. If you are expecting a high-rise condo with a view of the beach you will be disappointed. Our rooms were spotless and had beautiful decorations throughout. The pool was excellent when you got tired of the ocean. They had stocked everything you might need except food. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler. We had two bedrooms - only used one. Two bathrooms, two TVs - never turned either one on. And a nice little kitchen. You get your own parking spot so you never have to worry about parking. We are ready to go back!

This Is a small, renovated condo with nice furnishings and a short walk to the beach. We had a major issue with the management company when someone entered our condo while we were at the beach. After leaving 2 urgent messages over the course of three hours we finally reached an agent who never provided any information on how this occurred - simply Suggested that we throw the deadbolt which can only be accessed from inside the condo or suggested that we had the option of leaving! I guess breaking and entering is not a big deal in Naples. Not acceptable!

Loved the location. Close to beach access and city center. Didn’t like the accommodations themselves. Very dated building. Condo itself was very dated and small. Tiny kitchen. Mold in the shower. Small loveseat in the living. Decor looked old. Needs to be renovated. Would stay in the location again, but not the condo

Fantastic place to stay...close to beach and 3rd Ave shops. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds...and a lovely pool. It is a retro looking motel which gives it a quaint charm in amongst the million dollar homes. Highly recommended.

The owner was very nice and accommodating however there were many short comings. The coffee machine had not been cleaned out in a very long time and mold was growing inside. There was no trash can in the kitchen and the main bathroom sink only provided a trickle of water and the laundry facilities were out of order. The owner offered a discount for our stay that we very received.

Due to construction- our family members reservations were canceled- and we almost lost our booking. We wished they would have canceled us- the noise was horrible. And they were not clear with the check out process- we left the condo as clean as possible. They sent us an extra cleaning bill and said we damaged a lamp- which we did not. We have rented many times with vrbo and feel this property management is a joke.

The Mariner has recently done some refurbishing, and I love it! My unit has new flooring, new counter tops, new furnishings, etc., and I love all the changes!

We enjoy as usual our visit here. Have now been here many times. We especially like the total upgrade of the unit we stayed in. The interior with all the birds were was done in fabulous way. Thanks, we will come back. Wilhelm from Sweden

This was our first visit to Naples and we stayed five days at this property. It was one block from the beach, one block from Old Naples 3rd Street and about 7 blocks from 5th Ave restaurants / shops. The apartment was rustic inside, had plenty of room for the two of us. This unit had two bedrooms with private baths and a shared living room and kitchen. The King size bed was comfortable and the bedroom at lots of closet space, the second bedroom had two single beds that my wife used as changing room and room to hang clothing.The apartment complex was clean, well kept, quiet and safe. The apartment was dated, the couch was small and well used. The apartment was fully functional and had all of the amenities. The best part was the proximity to the beach and the free parking.
