Great property. Living area on the third floor gave you a great view of the ocean. Place was updated and had everything you need. The public access to the beach which is just used for the neighborhood is only two houses away and super convenient. Neighborhood is quiet and you are on the beach side of A1A. Great house. Would recommended.

Spent yet another fantastic spring break week at this fantastic property. This time included friends from TN who appreciated the home and location as much as we do. Sad to see that the house is listed for sale and sure hope whoever buys it keeps it in the VRBO market b/c we love it there. Will surely return if able!

Clean and modern interior, nice ocean view, great beach access, roomy 4 bedroom accommodations, spacious floor plan. The house design was clever, with all bedrooms/bathrooms on one floor while the living space was located on the top floor. *please note: the house is three levels, with lots of stair climbing. I personally enjoyed getting my exercise! The vast beach with powdery sand was a short walk away and was quite secluded. We often had the beach to ourselves, with the occasional beach walker, cyclist, or dog walking. It was very residential. Our family of six (with 3 teen boys) appreciated having a basketball court, fire pit, book library, board games, beach accessories & ample towels. The house was also stocked with paper towels, basic spices in the pantry, coffee (yay!), ample hand soap, and enough dishwasher detergent for two days. The full sized washer/dryer was very handy, and stocked with enough laundry detergent for two loads. The house also contained two first aid kits, extra cans of sunscreen, and a couple portable fans. These were the thoughtful touches that made our comfortable stay feel more like home. The weather was chilly so we also appreciated the many throw blankets, so we could still enjoy the outside porch areas.😊 The location was great for touring St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach, dining at local eateries and then returning to the tranquility of the beach home. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We were impressed by the dog-friendly nature of the beach and neighborhood. 🐾 The owners/ property managers also provided great communication and service. This is such a great house located in a charming, quaint area. We would highly recommend it to others!

Exactly as advertised; clean and great location.

Quiet area. Comfortable house. Could use some upkeep. Batteries in smoke detectors should be changed annually. They need replacement. Towels need refreshing. Cleaning service before was not great. Dirty sheets on one bed and sticky surfaces in kitchen. Just looked a little dirty. Great games and beach stuff was appreciated which we used daily. Lots of spaces to enjoy in and outside.

Really nice house with lots of space for our family vacation with grandparents. Beautiful views from the top floor living space and easy access to walks on the beach. We enjoyed renting bikes from down the road and cruising on the beach during low tide. Waterfall showers in the master bedrooms were lovely. Very quiet and relaxing overall!

This was a great home. We walked over to the beach every day. Plenty of space to stretch out and stocked with so many kitchen items. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful home, very nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Great ocean view, 4 flights of stairs were rather daunting.

Loved the location and all the supplies. Kitchen and living space perfect for family of 9 and beach walks. Plenty of dishwater and pots. Beach toys, chairs and wagon a great plus. Easy drive into Old St, Augustine.

We were delighted to see our rental, just what we expected. It is very clean and well equipped. I guess the only thing missing is a basketball for the basketball hoop ;-) The living area on the top floor is super comfortable with great views. Bedrooms on the middle floor are equally comfortable. Beach access is convenient over a walkway. ITrip has been very helpful. Last night at 8:30 pm the smoke alarm started beeping and within 15 minutes of our call a maintenance person showed up and replaced the batteries. Really good.

This home was perfect for our two families and young-adult children visiting St Augustine for our nephew’s December wedding. It was clean and spacious, brightly decorated, and felt very welcoming. We loved the proximity to the beach and to the wedding festivities. In our down time we loved relaxing on the deck and hearing the surf. It met all our needs for a special weekend. Thank you

Spent yet another long weekend at this wonderful home. Been here several times before. Our son’s only request for his 13th birthday was to see if his favorite house was available at the beach. So grateful the dates were open even at the last minute. This house has everything a family might need…a true home away from home. Thanks for sharing your great place, David & Robyn.

This spacious home was appointed well, comfortable, clean, and had a great second and third floor decks with a great view of the ocean from the third floor. Thoughtfully decorated and tvs with Rokus everywhere, with cable tv in the living room areas. Our stay was probably a little different, as my wife and I worked and I was at the house most of the time taking calls and Teams meetings. WI-FI was fast. We made occasional short walks in the neighborhood and the quiet beach, but I wish we had made more time to enjoy the area; hope we can come back soon! This great home will be first on our wish list!

This was such an amazing trip and the house did not disappoint! The size and accommodations were amazing and I was pleasantly surprised with the views of the ocean from the kitchen/living room! We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect! We loved our stay here and the walk to the beach was easy. The house was stocked with everything we needed as well.

Everything was amazing for our stay at this beautiful perfect beach house! You are steps from the beach, all the rooms are on the same floor, bathrooms are clean and beautiful, everyone was comfortable and happy. The views from the balcony are amazing and the kitchen is huge and has every amenity! Two things I would add if I was the owner would be replenish the cutlery there were only four forks lol and the AC at night would be crazy hot in the middle of the night maybe it was the Nest not sure the house is cool all day then only had the issue while we slept. But honestly I can’t wait to rent here again next summer. The beach is beautiful and not packed with people. The water is clean and you can hear the waves crashing. Publix is 5 minutes away and downtown St Augustine is maybe 10 minutes away. This house was perfect! It’s going to be a new family tradition we had the time of our lives.

The house was in a perfect location. Steps to the beach, so coming and going was easy. The view from the top floor had ocean views and was amazing. Lots of stairs and levels, didn't bother us, but could be a hinderance if stairs are hard for you. Convenient location for all of the restaurants and downtown. We would go back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Atlantic Vista was wonderful. You can’t beat the location for a beach trip. There is a brand new walkover to the beach just a couple of houses down. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed. There are lots of restaurants close by or the kitchen is great for cooking at home. The neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides too. We loved our stay.

Wow absolutely outstanding very clean in a safe neighborhood with amazing views.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location, amenities and view were consistent with the property description. The furniture could use a refresh or deep cleaning, the kitchen utensils were worn and ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a welcome addition. The construction next door did detract from enjoying the view, but it is near completion. Our Family and Bernedoodle had an enjoyable time and good experience. Thank you.

Over all we all had a great time..house was clean and comfortable..and so close to the beach, and a quick trip to everything in St. Augustine..plenty of towels for the beach and also for ourselves..would definitely stay again in the future

The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed to prepare meals. The beverage cooler was a definite plus.

We stayed at this fantastic house, one house back from the ocean in April 2023. We had a great time. The house was fantastic. It has great decks with awesome views. The rental company was very responsive and communicated with us frequently, making sure our stay was great. The best part was that our yellow lab was also welcome. The house is steps away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The company also offers a adventure package with a free ticket to an excursion each day.

This is our 2nd year going to St. Augustine, but 1st time in this house. This house is perfectly laid out. 3rd floor is clearly the entertainment section with a nice size kitchen and living room with outdoor balcony. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which is great, away from the noise of the 3rd floor. Bathroom in each master bedroom which was key. Extra bathroom on 2nd floor came in handy. The 2nd level of the bunk bed is a little too close to the ceiling so makes you feel a little claustrophobic. Kids ended up sleeping on lower level bed. The 1st floor has a half bath which was also key along with the laundry area and a sitting area off to the side in case you need some quiet time. The backyard was awesome with the basketball hoop. We spent a lot of time in the yard. There is a lot of renovation going on in the neighborhood, so it can get noisy at times. There isn't a fence that separates the houses. The house next door is being renovated, so privacy wasn't really an issue in the yard, but hopefully there will be separation. Walk to the beach was like 5 minutes. There's an entrance not too far from the house which leads to the beach. The house has boogie boards and sand toys for the kids which was cool. Many food options in the area as well as a supermarkets like Publix and Winn Dixie. The owner let us check in 1 hour earlier also which was nice. My one complaint is that my wife found hair on the sheets in one of the rooms the 1st night we checked in. We ended up rewashing all the sheets which wasn't cool since we're paying a cleaning service fee. Mentioned it to the owner and they seem to be addressing it with their cleaning crew. Would have been nice if we could have received some sort of credit for the hassel. One of the reasons i gave a 4 star vs. 5. Overall though, it was a nice getaway in a welcoming home in a nice quiet neighborhood and would definitely recommend!

Pleasant property in satisfactory condition. Furnishings are showing some age - some seating surfaces are stained, pillows/mattresses may be due for replacement. Otherwise, very functional with great views and nice 3rd level deck area. Nicely located about 15 minutes from the historic district.

Absolutely loved the property. Exactly as pictured and extremely clean!! Love the location, could not be better. Such friendly people in the neighborhood and on the beach. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Nice house near the beach in a nice neighborhood but currently lots of construction which means lots of noise. Also, clogged drains, old rusted fans and a grill that was pretty old and disgusting detracted from what is a nice property overall.
