The property owners are actually the neighbors of this property. They were very accommodating when we arrived ahead of schedule and made sure we had a place to sit out of the heat until our rental was ready. Messages were responded to within minutes. The house was modern and very clean! Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. The street was very safe and perfect for families with children. All the basic necessities were provided. I cannot overstate how perfect the location and the property was. This side of the ocean had calm waters, again perfect for small children and kayaks, which we used extensively.

Our girls trip getaway was everything we were hoping for! The condo was very clean and offered every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the private beach, beach chairs and umbrellas. There was more debris on the beach than anticipated but the city did have equipment trying to pick it up. That would not prevent us from returning again to Norfolk. Rick & Merlyn are the perfect host & hostess! We highly recommend this condo!

The kitchen was a dream to cook in, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We particularly enjoyed the open-concept living area, where we spent our evenings relaxing and taking in the breathtaking ocean views. The board games were great. The private beach access was a true highlight of our stay. The secluded stretch of beach with its calm waves provided the perfect setting for our daily activities. Our children were thrilled with the variety of beach toys available, from the paddle board, kayaks, chairs, to the sandcastle building kits. We spent hours playing in the sand and surf, knowing we had all the equipment we needed for a fun and safe experience. In summary, our stay was perfect. We had a great week staying at Big Blue! The owners checked in on us and made the arrival and departure very easy. They even made a special visit to help latch a stubborn window! Beautiful property and very clean. Easy to get to the beach and attractions. Highly recommend!
