Unique house, amazing views, but still in the woods, great dock and vote of the lake. Will go back!

Matt and Tina were great hosts. Very prompt in responding to our inquiries. The views of Lake Anna are amazing and I can't wait to come back in the summer.

Beautiful property with fantastic view!!

We had a gorgeous view of Lake Anna, enjoyable even when it rained! The kitchen was very well supplied with plenty of place settings, drinkware and cooking utensils. Really comfortable bed and fabulous bathrooms. I loved the rooftop screened porch (the propane heater wasn’t needed but it was nice to see). Just two of us were on this trip but it was really easy to imagine the fun we’d have with extended family there - it’s very spacious with lots of room to spread out.

We rented this house for my husbands birthday. The house was very nice, clean, and well organized . We loved the modern architecture and finishes . The views of the lake were so beautiful. This rental really does have everything you could want and more of things you didn’t realize you wanted. The property manager was super responsive , we didn’t have any issues but when I reached out with questions they responded very quickly and provided great recommendations .we plan to rent here again.

This was out first time at LKA and this property was perfect for our family of 7 and their +1s. (Our 5 children are ages 15-21.) This house fit our needs and wants well. There is something for everyone to enjoy and we never felt overcrowded. The Dock and its amenities provided days of fun and relaxation. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, swinging, jumping in the lake, swimming, fishing and just hanging out on the upper and lower decks. Inside the house there is a large kitchen- the beverage cooler & ice machine were a nice surprise- and there is plenty of room to spread out amongst the floors. The house is stocked with activities- TVs shuffleboard, pool table, and a library of movies. There is a hot tub and firepit just a few steps outside, too. The property manager is easily accessible and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent from Matt & Tina again! My girlfriends and I had the best time at this modern property. The house was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was on a beautiful piece of property right on the lake.

Home is in great location for boating, restaurants and close to the water with awesome views through the tall glass windows. Well secluded on a large lot and the kids loved the woods. Many little details thought of by owners to enhance your stay. Clean and modern. Thanks.

A could be a gorgeous private, wooded, waterfront home on the public side of Lake Anna. Modern home with seating in the family room for seven people comfortably. The television in the main room is difficult to watch due to high ceilings because a previous guest stole the sound system. Fireplace has been broken since August, so if this is a must have look elsewhere. The views are amazing, in every room, but if you have an issue with sleeping with uncovered windows and glass doors this is not the home for you. Every bedroom has a view of the lake and private bath, but the drain in the only bathtub available throughout the home is broken, and there is not enough hot water to fill up the tub higher than a quarter of the way. Huge dock with 2nd level lounging, but the table does not have an umbrella to sit under because a previous guest left the umbrella open during a storm and the umbrella blew away, damaging the table in the process. Kayaks are good for children or small to average-sized adults. The fire pit near the dock is perfect for roasting marshmallows or just gathering around the fire, and plenty of firewood for burning is provided. A beautiful kitchen, with plenty of cabinets to store your goodies, coffee pot, toaster, Instant Pot, utensils for grilling, knives recently sharpened by a previous guest, worn dinner plates, and bowls. Not enough silverware for the service of fifteen guests. Be prepared to clean the pots and pans before using them and set aside time on your first evening in the home to put the sheets on the beds because this is not included in the cleaning fee. Currently working on improvements to the rear yard and hopefully will fix everything in the home that will make this a five-star rental.

Beautiful place, well kept, host was wonderful, truly a must experience. We will certainly come back in the summer time.

The double-decker dock is simply spectacular for breezy lunches, sunsets, and late-night stargazing. The 4 kayaks made it so easy to get out on the water often (only 1 will fit a taller, larger adult). We spent our days diving and swimming off the dock in the warm water. Plenty of firewood to be found on the property. And the house is well-designed so each room has a view, space from other guests, and private bath. Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. This property matches its online description, expected condition, and photos well.

Highlights of this property are many. Views from the house. Floating dock. View of the lake. One of the few locations on the lake that you don’t see any other houses because it is across from the state park. Rent a boat to go tubing. Highlight for the teens. Plenty of kayaks provided. Hot tub and fire pit. One of most relaxing vacations we have ever had.

This was, by far, the best rental we have ever been to! The location is fantastic, the home is beautiful and very well-equipped, and the owner was incredibly responsive when we had a thermostat issue. Could not have asked for a better week—if we were not moving out of state, I would absolutely rent again!

Rare find..exceptional house with fully loaded amenities...we had a great experience

This was more than renting a property, it was renting an experience! The pictures do not do it justice - the house is bigger and roomier than expected. Very clean and stocked with basic amenities like a 5-star hotel. Matt was very helpful and is an amazing host. He communicated with us before, during, and after the stay. We left an item behind and he notified us promptly so we could retrieve it. Everyone loved this family getaway and we can't wait to come back!

The weather cooperated enough so we could do some kayaking and some of our more daring party even jumped in the water. We saw all sorts of great birds from the house - from the lovely small woodpeckers who seemed to come out early in the morning to the regal bald eagle that posed for us in one of the trees. The house itself is beautiful with views of the lake and trees. Noise does carry in the house, one of the few drawbacks. But with nice weather, it was great to be outside - walking, eating, enjoying the fire pit and the lake. The hosts were super communicative and friendly - helping when we had questions or needed instructions. I'd highly recommend this great retreat.

The stay we had was amazing! The house is so modern and unique, it was interesting to see the way the house was set up in person; the pictures don't do it justice. The house was very clean upon arrival. The hosts provide everything you need; they were also very quick to respond about any issues or concerns we had! The dock was a calming place to hang out, and it has a beautiful view of the sunrise on the lake. The hot tub & fire pit were a great addition to this house. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful modern home with stunning lakefront views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equiped home. The house has spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows, and every room has a view. The kitchen has everything you need for group meals. Large firepit was great, and the boat dock has an upper deck for lounging the day away.

Point of View is a beautiful property. Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time. The place has amazing views and the house itself is very spacious and modern. The kitchen is very well stocked. Matt and Tina were very helpful and responsive. We can see us coming back for another vacation sometime.

This place is very unique and modern. The rooms are very large and plenty of space throughout the house. The game room was awesome which included shuffleboard and a pool table. The outdoor rooftop patio was a nice touch also. There was plenty of firewood available for the fire pit. The owner had everything we needed ready to go. Thanks for the amazing weekend.

This house was great. Everyone in our party raved about it. So did several boaters passing by while we were on the dock. Everything was well done and in good working order. Even the linens were great, like a first class hotel. I expected it to be warm inside with all the huge windows and hot days but no, even the AC worked great too. The location was perfect right in the middle of the lake and easy to reach everywhere. Better than expected!

This place was amazing! So trendy, spacious, and stunning views from every room with so much to do! The house is beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything that you could possibly want or need on a getaway inside and out! The amenities were out of this world. The owners (Matt & Tina) were so flexible and responsive! Phenomenal find and great vacation for our family and dogs! Best lake getaway property experience we have had yet! Highly recommend!

Point of View is a great lake escape from the city for us. It is a lake front estate with dramatic views of the lake through lots of glass. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five to the accuracy of online listing is the online listing doesn't do this property justice. We were surprised when we showed up at how nice this property is. There's nothing else like it on the lake as far as modern cubic and glass architecture, that extends even to the boat house which is quite impressive. Matt and Tina are great VRBO owners. They are very responsive to messages and accommodating to requests. The place is very large so good for a large group if you are into that. We look forward to coming back here again.
