Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen is awesome. Loved location. The rooftop is a great way to see sunset. The description is accurate. Would stay again!! Also, easy access to beach. Beach was not crowded!!!

We loved the house and the lay out. It had all the amenities and made you feel very confortable. The elevator was a life saver I could of not taken all the items up and down the steps... its perfect for people who have a little age on them. However I didn't realize so many homes were being built right next to each other. It was not told to us at the time of renting that construction was still going on around us. I called vaca and spoke with a manager and they made it right. We will be looking to come back in the next couple of months and maybe bring friends with us. Love the beach and the area.

We loved the views, access to the beach, Outdoor seating areas on the ground floor, 3rd floor and roof. We also loved the decor, furniture, elevator, kitchen, fast internet, and bathrooms for both bedrooms. We liked the fridge so much we bought one when we got home. The beds are on the softer side but were comfortable. There are TVs in every room, but the smart TV functionality is on the slower side. Thankfully we brought our own Apple TV to hook up for entertaining the kids between beach visits. The beach chairs and cart were appreciated. The outdoor shower had hot and cold water, but the handheld sprayer needed some attention (probably needs replaced) but got the job done. We didn’t try the sofa sleeper, and the kids slept in the bunk beds. The bunk beds have outlets and is right in front of the stairs. So for younger kids I recommend a gate or some outlet covers. We didn’t like the black bugs by the kitchen sink and oven, i think they were really small ants. We also witnessed a cockroach on 3 separate occasions. The construction noise was also very present all day. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding from Hurricane Michael so it is understandable. The LVP in those Overall, we had a great time and would visit again but would hope that the pests are not present.

We loved the views from the balcony and roof. It is a tad difficult to get up on the roof if you have older or really young ones, but doable. The kitchen was gorgeous and the entire home very clean. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk down the road. Outdoor shower was a huge blessing. We would definitely stay again!

The rooftop views are nice!! The elevator was very handy. They had plenty of beach gear and house had everything we needed.

Great town and great house !!! No complaints what so ever concerning the owners or the house. The only thing disappointing is we didn't receive an early check in when it was asked for and there wasn't any reason not to as we sat in the driveway and waited an hour and a half while nobody came or went, so why not just let us get in and unpacked after a 13 hour road trip? We realize this was on the management team though and not the owners.

This is a spectacular Home! We enjoyed the amazing views of the Ocean from all areas of the House, but the most rewarding view was from the rooftop terrace. Sunsets, moon rising in the evenings and the beautiful sunrises each morning. This place is a must to visit.

LOVE Mexico Beach. This house is great for 6 adults & 2 kids. Well stocked & very comfortable.

It was a great property. It was unique, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the elevator. A member of our family got stuck in it and there was no key accessible to easily get her out. When calling the property management company they could not help us and told us to call 911. It would have been a simple fix if we would have had access to the elevator key. After we were able to get her out the elevator it was unusable for the rest of our trip. We had to bring all our luggage down 3 floors in order to leave.

Absolutely one of the best locations and beach trip we have had! The home is perfect location and had everything plus more! We literally just needed clothes and they provided everything in that home. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property was as it said it was on the listing, but the fact that this was not privately owned and that we went through a rental company was felt. The code on the front door was not working properly. We had several back-and-forth communications with Patrick to get it right, but it wasn't made clear in advance how to properly enter the code to get in. Even once we did get a code that actually worked. Things were clean, but the sheets felt like sandpaper. There was a coffee maker but no starter packet of coffee or a couple creamers or anything to make us feel welcomed. We had to text to ask for the wifi and password. It was nowhere in the home (also a suggestion for the welcome basket) or in the listing. So all in all not a bad stay, just not a route we'd take again.

Enjoyed being walking distance to the beach. House very nice. Loved the roof top deck. Very clean. Management company very accommodating and made sure our stay was excellent. Great job. We will be back.

The elevator did not work . That was 1 of the reasons we rented this house. We made several attempts with Amber but had no luck in getting someone to get it working. We requested some refund for our inconvenience. As of today June 13 we haven't heard from anyone.

On a negative note, we found sand in both Queen beds, blender had dried crusty residue, floors not clean, shower had pink-ish residue and last guests soap residue in soap dish in big shower, along with other things that appeared the home had not been cleaned with pride. Hoping the cleaning people do a better job for the next guests. We enjoyed our stay, but, did not expect to find a dirty beach house for the cost of a newer, beautiful place. The rooftop deck has an awesome view. Also, has an elevator to take all of your items up. It stops on the floor with bedrooms and the floor with kitchen. Final notes: It is beautiful. There are a handful of restaurants within 3-5 mins of house- they do close a little earlier but that’s okay.

The beach was amazing and only a 2 min walk away if that.

House is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook.

We really enjoyed our long weekend beach getaway! So clean! Great space that had everything we needed. The roof deck was awesome with a great view. We were so close to the beach! Very peaceful area.
