Great stay and loved the clean home!!

This property is just as listed, my husband, myself and my 2 children really enjoyed this property. It's spacious, clean, comfortable beds and the owner is very accommodating. And best of all, no long list of chores to do at check-out!

Overall our stay was fantastic. The small private pool ended up being the perfect fit for our family. So convenient to have. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. Preparing to check out was a breeze. No checklist of 20 things to do. Just put the trash out and go! That was refreshing compared to my other Vrbo stays. Communication with the Host went very well. Answered my questions promptly. A little noise from neighbors on our last night. It kept sounding like someone was knocking on my bedroom door off and on till 1:30 am and you could here them talking. But that is what it is. It would have been nice to have info about the neighborhood waterpark right there in the unit. It was very confusing because you could see it from the guard house and we went to it, but that one was still "under construction" and not the one referred to in the description...we just assumed that was it. (It opens the week after we were there). And then we couldn't locate the waterpark that we were able to use. Yes, there is a free shuttle, but we wanted to drive our vehicle. Had to ask the guard house attendant. So driving directions, waterpark hours, would be nice to have in unit. Would stay again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Orlando for a dance competition. There was plenty of room/beds. The condo was super clean and decorated so cute. The pool area was perfect for the girls to swim and the trip to our convention center at the Omni was very quick. Communication with the manager was very good as well. This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Orlando.

We needed a place close to the Omni Hotel for a convention and this was perfect. It was also the easiest check in and easiest communication with the owner we’ve had! If this is one of the places you are considering I would highly recommend it.

The pictures prior to booking really sold the property and after a very seamless check in the property was exquisite just as pictures the decor screamed relaxation....enough space for the teen and little ones in our group to not bother each other. Really enjoyed this stay.

The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures and is very spacious. The townhouse is new and nicely decorated. Also, the kitchen has dishes and nice utensils for cooking meals which is a great option to restaurants. We loved having access to the pool during the hot afternoons - the unit has a lot of sun in the afternoon which was perfect. Rossil was a fantastic host - always available for questions and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

The town house was great except for the beds. The beds were hard as a rock. Had to go out to and buy air mattress. Thank goodness we were only there for a short while.
