Great place. Love the view. So, so much to do around the area. Already planning our return trip!

The description can't do the views justice! The screened in back porch had the most amazing view of the gorgeous sunsets. The condo was well stocked, clean and fabulous. The "neighborhood pool" was so much more than that and we loved the beach day idea from the thoughtful book left for us! Definitely planning on a return trip.

Great location and the Marsh views are the best!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The view was gorgeous from the porch! The beds were very cozy!! The couch is nap worthy!! Love that there were family games to play at night. The whole community, beaches, club, pool, restaurants, village market is so lovely!! The only issue we had was the condo has a musty smell when we arrived and one of the closet doors broken when we try to open it. The property manager was very easy to reach though and prompt to assist. We definitely be back!

This villa is in a perfect location, with two porches facing the tranquil marsh, close to tennis/pickle ball and easy access to Freshfields, etc Prices are high and the beds do need replacement, but otherwise this is a great vacation getaway.

This was our second opportunity to stay at this property. We love it here. Very (very) clean, well-stocked, an incredible view from the screened-in porch. Well-decorated, comfortable. Washer/dryer a game changer. 1 minute from pool at the end of the street and 2 minutes from Lake House pool. 10 minute drive to the beach and beach club (made better in a golf cart to better appreciate the beautiful scenery of the island). Sunsets over the marsh are wonderful. Fishing off the nearby dock. Pelican's Nest is an incredible setting for lunch or dinner. Great place to take the kids. We will return.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at 1715 Shelter Cove Villa! We have been visiting Seabrook for over 20 years, but have never stayed in this location - and it is one not to be missed! The view from the screened in porch was amazing! We saw multitudes of shore birds, some painted buntings, and even dolphins strand feeding in the marsh creek, right from the porch! A short walk out to the crab dock, and we saw tiny crabs, fish, and even an alligator making its way across the creek! The condo was very well appointed, so we had everything we needed to make great meals, and to make ourselves comfortable. For the first few days of our week, we had our three adult kids with us, so we made use of the sofa bed - it was surprisingly comfortable! The set up of the condo is perfect for 5 - 6 people, because everyone is on a different level, so even fully packed, there is privacy for everyone! For the rest of our stay, it was just my husband and I - and that was spectacular! This would be a great location for a honeymooning couple, or a couple on an anniversary getaway! It was so private, and again, with the screened in porch, it was just perfect! We made use of the pool as well, which was also great! It was larger than I expected, and often empty! We made use of the beach club only on the Saturday of our arrival, as we had stayed on the island the week before as well, and had about 6 hours with no accommodations. But after spending the day there, and then the remaining days at the Shelter Cove pool, we definitely preferred the Shelter Cove pool! Many fewer people, and much more relaxing! We truly had a wonderful time, and are already looking forward to returning to Seabrook next year!

My girls and I had a wonderful time at Seabrook Island and this villa was perfect for us. Beautiful sunsets each night off the back porch. Property was as advertised. Clean, enough showers and bathrooms and space for everyone. Would go back in a heartbeat.
