Perfect location for a beach vacation with the amenities of home!

We enjoyed the beautiful home, right next to the pool and beach. Lovely decor, comfy beds and spacious unit. You can tell that a lot of effort and love went into this home. Major issue with mold smell upon entering unit, and had to air out all weekend. The 5 of us smelled it immediately and a couple of us had to take Benadryl and additional allergy medications to combat the symptoms. We notified the owner and he said he would address it. Also, 3rd bedroom is location on main floor and down twisty stairs, has no A/C vent. Would suggest calling this a 2 bedroom condo and putting a game room or multi use room. As long as the mold issue is resolved, I would recc staying here. If not, I’d advise another location.

We have older children that need a lot of space and privacy. Being close to the pool, we could allow them to go out on their own and the short walk to the beach was perfect for my sunrise trips with the hubby. The area was gorgeous! We would 100% stay here again. One of the best parts was direct communication with the owner and not a 3rd party company like so many other rentals we’ve stayed in.

The condo was very well equipped, best and prettiest assortment of tableware and glassware. We have not seen such pretty stuff in any other nice condos. My daughter took pictures of her favorite cups, hopes to order for herself., did not steal any, very tempting. Everything was in good condition, shower issue was addressed quickly. Our age range was 8-81, me being the 81 year old. I had issues with the stairs down to the beach but my 80 year old husband had no issues and the others, ages 8-47, had no problems at all. The 3 levels in the condo were not a problem for me but the steps down to the beach did not make my knee happy. I knew the details having booked the condo, did not realize that my knee would act up, booked way in advance of course. I would recommend to anyone but we elderly should be aware of the many many steps. Be sure your elderly and very young for good with lots of steps. The 8 year old loved the spiral steps, of course. Pool was immaculate and perfect for an 8 year old mermaid and her old nana. Plenty of towels, lots of beach stuff in the garage, we did not use the grill, did enjoy the resident bunnies who have never met a stranger. To sum it up-everyone in group gave you an A+, I am just a plain A, but can't blame you for my knee issues, had a wonderful time, relaxing and swimming in the pool. Our nature lovers had good bird and animal watching. Highly recommend the eco tour boat trips in St. Augustine.

Over all this property is a plus. However, there were issues with a few things. Only one pot in the kitchen for normal cooking; promised supplies (laundry tablets were not left); the laundry/washing machine does not clean well (which might account for why the towels were stained); the living room furniture was uncomfortable and the white surfaces appeared dirty. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone got great night’s sleep throughout our stay. We loved the two suite set up in the upstairs and the updated facilities were nice. The distance to the beach is ideal but there is no view of the beach from the unit. The handrail on the spiral staircase has an issue with a sharp edge as our youngest cut his finger sliding his hand along the rail. We were notified that there might be issues with the electric overloading if using two hairdryers at the same time but we never encountered those issues at all. Overall, I will say, I’m my opinion, the stay was a positive one considering the price, the location and the upgrades.

The house was set up perfectly for our family and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and into St. Augustine. We would absolutely stay here again!

Totally enjoyed the condo and the beach!! Only thing that would make it better was if we could have had our golden doodle with us!

Book now! The accommodations are newly updated and beautiful. The space is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked for cooking in on some nights. Very clean and well designed space. Beds are very comfortable as well. We traveled into old town St. Augustine several days for tours and dinners, the location was short, easy drive. Beach is a short walk as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with plenty of space for everyone and located right on the beach. Pics depict exactly what you get, and communication with the host was quick and easy when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This is a lovely property with excellent beach access, very nice pool area and convenient location to all we wanted to do. There were plenty of towels (beach and bath) and great big washer dryer. Kitchen was adequately equipped and was stocked with basics plus some herbs and spices which was nice. We had to contact David a couple of times about minor issues and he responded immediately and was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time and great escape from winter. The setting was fantastic, and the property was just as described. The owner was quick to respond with any concern or need.

We got to enjoy this beautiful house for a Christmas break getaway. We loved how close it was to the beach access and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to a minor problem we had and made sure that it was fixed ASAP and that we were satisfied. We are already talking about another visit .

They did a great job on all their renovations. Everything was very nice and up to date. There’s a great view of the pool and it’s very close to the beach. We did have to contact the owner about a slow draining shower but he was very easy to deal with and he had it fixed the same day. The stairs weren’t a big deal for us as some have stated in their reviews but we were all adults with no children. We would definitely recommend this property.

We have been to this complex dozens of times over as many years. This was our favorite. The renovations they have completed make it so easy to gather with family and friends of all ages. Having two king rooms and a bathroom on all levels is always a bonus. The place is stocked with all the things you need, charcoal grill, floats, beach toys, games and a fully stocked kitchen. Check in and communication were so simple and easy. My only small concern, there was no tub to bathe my baby, but no fear, the kitchen sink is gigantic and we were able to bathe her no problem and benches in each shower for the older kiddos. This complex has beautifully maintained grounds and impeccable, uncrowded beaches. We just loved it and can’t wait to come back!!

This home has been completely redone and the finishes are just my style. The location to the beach is perfect and the pool is lovely. A couple of negatives that are a must read: this is a 3-level TOWNHOUSE, not a condo. This is an important difference to a mom of 4 kids, one of which just turned a year old. The spiral staircase to the basement was not practical or safe for our toddler. We had to purchase 3 gates to from Walmart to make the railing and staircase safe. There was no TV in the second bedroom upstairs or the basement bedroom. This would have been a nice addition to give my kids a space to play games or watch a movie that weren’t in the main bedroom. Last issue was no bathtub - again, not a major negative but if you have young kids (especially the one year old) having only showers is a challenge. That being said, the owner was very easy to communicate with and friendly. There was clean sheets on the beds and plenty of bath towels available for use which was a huge positive. Overall, I think the place was great but would just say it is more suited for either all adults or a family with older kids.

As close to Heaven as you can possibly get on Earth!!! Condo is amazing. No cost spared in the renovation. Location to pool and beach was only steps away. Communication with owner was superb. Only negative is we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Property was beautiful and condo was well kept. Great amenities, and wonderfully comfortable beds! The pool and beach access were amazing! The beach was very quiet which we loved. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and even though we only cooked a couple of times, we didn’t have any trouble finding items we needed. Good water pressure in the showers too! Very easy to communicate with the host when I had trouble getting the door unlocked, it was only a matter of minutes until we were in and relaxing! Thanks for a great stay!

Great property - newly refinished and lovely! Love the location - away from crowds but near to many different things to do, including a close walk to the beach. This was our first time on a beach that you could drive on, and I was worried at first, but it proved not to be an issue. The cars are away from the ocean and it had no impact when we were at the beach. Appreciated that the owner had beach chairs and other beach supplies to use. FYI, there are a lot of steps to navigate - house is 3 levels including a spiral staircase to the downstairs bedroom/'laundry area and steps to/from the beach as the dunes are high. Good exercise!

Loved the condo. Beautifully done with 3 levels of living space. Beds were very comfortable, showers had awesome water pressure and were large and in charge. The kitchen was open and bright with large Island with plenty of seating and open to the living area with a pretty view of the pool. The boardwalk is steps from the pool and leads out to a pristine beach that was quite and felt very private. The owners were very responsive to my questions and check in and out could not have been any easier. This was our first time in St Augustine. We loved the location of this condo. It is an easy drive 10 miles south from city center. Crescent Beach area is very clean with pristine beaches. Not a “touristy“ town. We had a great time in the city doing all the usual attractions but one of my favorites was about 10 miles south of the condo is Washington Oaks Gardens state park. The gardens were blooming all around us. Easy walk through all around the property. Love the memories we made this trip. We would definitely recommend and hope to book this very condo again in the future. My heartfelt thanks to the owners of this condo. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo is beautifully renovated, it’s steps away from gorgeous beaches, and a 10-20 min drive to a ton of different things to do. My family had a wonderful stay!

A lovely condo in a quiet location not far from town! Beautifully renovated, well stocked. Spiral staircase was fine for our family but some folks may find that challenging. Loved the easy access to the gorgeous beach and the pool. So much to explore in St. Augustine. We didn’t want to leave!

It was a great experience and the perfect location. I'm extremely allergic to plug ins, I forgot to ask if there was any fragrance in the home. That's the only thing I would recommend is removing them, as others may have allergies. The property manager was awesome and has a lovely home.

We were incredibly happy with our stay. The condo has been completely renovated and is decorated nicely. We cooked in the kitchen several times, and everything needed was there. The communication with the owner was good from start to finish. The condo is just feet from the ocean and has a great view of the pool and courtyard. We recommend the condo and would stay again.
