We enjoyed the location and the condo was halfway decent. The biggest disappointments were: Only 1 burner on stove worked. One of the showers had a ton of hair in the drain which backed up and was absolutely disgusting. There was a dirty washcloth left hanging in one of the bathroom showers. I emailed TurnKey about these concerned and received no response. We had a party of 7 and we had just enough comfortable couches and chairs to sit on after a long day of skiing. If you have a bigger group I'm not sure where everyone would sit to relax. A kitchen table in a bedroom does not seem too comfortable. I also was unaware that the condo was three levels. Not sure how I missed that on the website! The decor is dated as well, which really isn't a big deal, but you are paying a lot of money to stay each night a few updates would be nice.

This condo was very close to ski. It has a lot of room. It was perfect for our family. We will be back! Jennifer Graham

I was contacted at 9PM the evening before I was to check-in for my stay and told that tge property I reserved was no longer available. I was offer a "more expensive" substitute that they tried charging me for. A bed in that condo broke after I sat on it. I was painted in to a corner if I wanted to take my family on vacation and I didn't get what I paid for. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES MANAGED BY TURNKEY!

Horrible. Booked a different property. Was contacted less than 24 hours before check-in and only offered this property as a substitute. Weird property for a family of 4. Place could sleep 20. We had a fabulous trip to steamboat and the condo met our needs well. Ten people 4 parents 2 adult children and 4 children 14 and under. We gave the upstairs bedroom to the 4 youngest and they loved their own huge room with hang out space. Great location easy walk to slopes, could ski all the way back to road right outside the condo. We got 3 days of fresh snow with thigh high powder one day. Complaints- checkin didn’t go a smoothly as it should. We were early and patiently waited until designated 3pm checkin time but then still no check in... the front desk hadn’t received a call letting them release the keys. I had to call 800 number and got a very unhelpful woman that acted like I hadn’t let them know we were there despite me having texted asking for early checkin (denied) and calling the 800 number earlier in day to confirm check in process. She began asking a litany of passed due questions placed on hold several times and then referred me to “local team”... got keys at 3:30. Sounds minor but after long day of travel very annoying. Only other real complaint is the grill, if u can really even call it a grill... it’s electric??? It had a hard time getting and staying hot. Anyway not anywhere close to a deal breaker or trip ruining stuff just odd and did i mention, electric?

Property was a great place for family gatherings and people at front desk was outstanding. Loved the the outside and inside gathering area.

Plenty of space for our 8 adults and 4 small children. Property is clean. A but outdated in decor but overall a great value for the price. Location is perfect - short walk to the mountain. Pool was nice and refreshing. There was nobody at the front desk when I got there and I had to wait for someone which was difficult with 2 young kids in the car after a 16 hour drive. Parking was an issue. There was not enough room or permits for everyone. Luckily we were able to work it out. Overall it was an amazing trip and the place was adequate for our stay. Thank you!

The layout of this condo was great for multiple families staying together. 3 separate living areas, each with a dedicated bathroom. Large open common area for dining and hanging out. There is a nice clubhouse, with gym, sauna, pool , and hot tubs. The kids loved it!

The property was perfect for our group of 9 men. We had ample space for meals on the main level. The sleeping arrangements worked out as well (though I agree with another reviewer that 14 adults would stretch this rental’s limits). The group hot tubs were a short walk away and a welcome apres ski venue. We found some issues with the plumbing not draining correctly, but other than that small annoyance, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was awesome!!! So close to gondola, store and restaurants. Kitchen was so small and had no cabinet space for food. Only one person could be in kitchen at a time. Furniture and decor WAY outdated. Kinda shabby for how much we paid. But again, great location. Place fits 3 families and only had parking for 2. And no place nearby allows overnight parking, so you do the math. One other plus, huge top floor for kids to play and sleep. Since the living space is relatively small, having the huge kids room was great, since there was barely room for 6 adults. This condo says that it can house up to 14 people but it clearly does not intend those individuals to be all adults. On our first night, we had 11 adults in the condo and apparently neighbors complained about "noise" and a "party" even though the only people in our condo were those staying there and while we were having adult beverages and playing games, we were not causing unusual noise. The listing should indicate that adult groups are not exactly welcome. When we were called the next day about the complaints, we were threatened with eviction without an opportunity to discuss. It made our second and third evenings feel very unwelcoming. No one came to our room and asked us to keep the noise down which would have given us an opportunity to adjust. That being said, the location was great and the condo is very conveniently located. The staff onsite were very helpful and the hot tubs were great.
