My family and I took a little vacay to st Augustine and we were so happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It is so close to everything as well we didn’t have to do much driving.We were very comfortable and will be booking this place again next time we come.

This was a quiet, charming neighborhood and perfect for walking dogs at night. The privacy fenced in yard was PERFECT for doggies and young kiddos. Area had a very tropical feel. It’s within walking distance to get coffee and a small park across the street. Beach and Publix is a quick 5-7 minute drive. Our whole VRBO experience here was better than we anticipated!! The kitchen is brand new and had everything you’d need to prepare meals. The house is sooo clean and the details are so intentional. The decor provided a really relaxing atmosphere. Stunning. We hope to rebook soon!

I had a great stay,very clean house with everything you might need..the only thing it needed was a grill..it is a good location and pretty quiet area.. it's very close to the road to vilano and the old jail..it has a great yard for small dogs..

Home was very nice and clean. Great fenced yard for my little dog to go out. We VRBO properties in St Augustine multiple times per year and this was among the nicest, especially for the price. Would love to stay again. Only downside is it’s not on the beach but super close to downtown St Augustine

Place was perfect! Best we been to. So folks going to St.Augustine be sure to stay there. We loved it.

Hidden gem Location was wonderful— could take my dog for walks in quiet neighborhood and had fenced in backyard so a middle of night pee break was convenient So close to historic downtown Layout of home was comfortable and clean Would highly recommend as a get away place

This property surpassed our expectations! My husband, Myself, our 2 kids ages 6 and 8, and my mother who is a senior ALL loved this cute home. Very well stocked. The fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 small pups. It's only a half mile from downtown. So close that our whole party walked downtown a few times and ubered back. A very short walk to the Old Jail and Depot if you want to buy tickets and ride the trolley. The street is absolutely beautiful. Take a stroll around the block and enjoy the queen palms shooting up through the oaks that are dripping in Spanish Moss. It's just so vey Florida.

Our host were great, The house was clean and ready for us! It is in a fantastic location close to Down town and perfect for what we needed!

Beautifully updated home, decorted very nicely. Stocked with all the essential. Internet worked great. Beds and couches were all very comfortable. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any messages. I personally have 0 complaints and would definitely consider staying again if I return. My friend who stayed with me only said they wished there were fans in the room to help with air circulation. I myself didn't notice. Thank you Bri!

I stayed here with my husband, my 2 kids and my dog. We had a very lovely stay. The location is convenient to go into the Old town. You could definitely walk into town if you’re up to that. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The only downside was the house was next to a behavior center, which was busy during the day. There were a lot of delivery trucks that were loud in the morning, but they were quiet at night. Overall I would recommend this place to families who plan to be out a lot, rather than staying in the house as we did feel a little on top of each other at some points.

We found the home and location ideal. Greeted with a nice welcome note and a few small vases with fresh flowers Home felt like an IKEA show home. Everything done IKEA. Cabinets to all dinnerware. Right down to bedding and decor items. Looks professionally done. Location enables walking to historic areas in St Augustine. We also ride our bikes to beach towns. High fenced yard for our dog and privacy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Left our Ebikes in the yard locked up and covered. There is an outside plug to charge them. Yard equiped with outdoor furniture and flower pots were a nice touch. Beds extremely comfortable. Enough linens and extra blankets, if needed. Well stocked kitchen with essentials, like soap, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Mire than enough dishes all matching and also utensils in abundance. Glasses coffee cups and even coffee pods. Laundry detergent and soap and shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We loved staying in this home we actually extended our stay. We even inquired about an extended 2 month stay. Host manager was quick to respond. We had one minor issue with the home. Two outlets were not working. I had my computer plugged in and didn't realize it, until my computer went dead during a meeting. I notified the host and she apologized. I assume they will be fixed. But regardless there are by far enough electric outlets available. Everything is was new and in be excellent working condition. One thing that would be nice is it rive hookson the back of the bathroom doors. But that's minor. All in all, a wonderful home and lovely location. Highly recommend and we would love to return.
