Overall, a lovely, comfortable home with everything needed for family gatherings. The home was clean and the kitchen was especially well equipped. Great setup for children on the lower level. If the mattresses were newer and more comfortable, we would give it a higher rating. The Murphy bed in one of the main bedrooms was uncomfortable for two adults.

We really enjoyed the space , it was perfect. But a few things, the beds that have the protecter mattress covers are extremely hot. They need to have an extra layer or two before the sheets. A few of us slept on couch’s. The “master” bedroom has a Murphy bed??? At least one King size bed in the house would be nice. More would be better. Thanks for labeling the light switches! 😂there’s so many! Overall it was a very nice experience. My family lives all over so we’re not all together very often. My main goal for our time there was to enjoy grandchildren and that was accomplished.

The ten of us enjoyed the house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms and common spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great place to recover from our adventures. The property management responded quickly to our requests. The location was convenient but located on a busy road.

I would not recommend this property to anyone don’t get fooled by photos on the web site. Let me tell how bad this place was , when we walked to the house it smelled musty dust was everywhere dead bugs on the carpet, ice maker did not work , Coffee maker did not work, dishwasher was discussing had foul smell and door to detergent holder would not close, ignition on the gas grill was broken, hot tub did not heat up, dishes in the cabinets were dirty !! Management company was the worst I have dealt with they did not care about all this issues. Please do not advertise this property! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Nice mountain house with views. Needs a new dishwasher and outside grill. Both items impacted our stay. Murphy beds were uncomfortable for adults. The sliding door to the deck needs repair as well. Very hard to open and close! A good rental but needs some repairs before I would rent again.

The house was beautiful with an incredible view however the place was not clean carpet was not vacuumed properly and was dirty. The sink in the kitchen was a stained mess I cleaned it myself with bleach I had to because the dishwasher did not work properly the baskets for silverware were broken and it did not drain there was standing water in it when we arrived. The house had miss in the lower level there were droppings and mousetraps all around the boiler room so the management company knew they were there. I called maintenance to fill the hot tub as the water level was low on arrival no one came until this morning when we were leaving. We only had one key we asked for another never got it. My manual said I could have a change of towels but when I called for that they said I had to go and get them myself at their management facility. I ended up washing them myself. For the amount of money charged for cleaning it was a huge disappointment I was on vacation and I had to do laundry and clean.

The house was perfect for our group of friends. Plenty of hang out space and plenty of beds.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and just as described. We had plenty of room for our family of 7, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, and the downstairs area offered an extra living area which allowed extra room to spread out. The views from the large windows was so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and we even saw a fox on the back deck one evening. The location was perfect for us to ski in Keystone and was also convenient to visit Breckenridge, Frisco, and we drove to Winter Park one day.

Beautiful, roomy ski house for 3 families. Three sets of parents got comfy rooms each with bathroom/showers, and all the kids piled downstairs in bunk room & adjacent living room pull outs sofas. Great size kitchen, living room & dining room/table to fit us all. Amenities: lots of blankets, pillows, towels; big tv, appliances all great…Hot tub was nice! Left owner improvement suggestions: need to fix patio door which is hard to open/close/lock, need to sharpen all kitchen knives, and need to fix dishwasher soap door.

There were plenty of bedrooms to also allow everyone their own space. The kitchen was spacious with and stocked well with supplies. The house had gorgeous views of mountains and looking down on the city. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and hiking right outside the back patio.

We loved the space and the layout of the property along with the great location. It feels secluded but it's still close to town. We loved that there were two living spaces, and the large windows and vaulted ceiling were absolutely beautiful. We did have some issues though. None of the bathroom fans worked so when you showered it got extremely hot in the room. We called maintenance to fix the issue but they were unable to do anything about it. Also, the hot tub was dirty upon arrival, and the water had a bad smell like it hadn't been drained and cleaned for a while. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got in on our final night there and had to shower immediately after. Also the faucets got extremely hot, the water could easily burn someone's hand if you weren't careful which I thought was strange. Aside from these issues though, we did enjoy our stay, the views were beautiful and the large layout is perfect for families. We always rent homes in different locations for family trips and even with the minor issues I'd still recommend this home to others.

It has 4 bedrooms spread across 3 floors, with a large open concept first floor kitchen – dinning – living room. It is in a very beautiful natural setting surrounded by mountain peaks, with a dramatic view of Tenmile Peak from the back two-story window. The home is located in a community of other homes with a bike path in the front and hiking trail off the back of the home. There are homes on either side of this property, but the feel is very secluded, and outdoorsy. The property backs up to a pine and aspen forested area.
The house is in need of some repairs. Nothing that would be a dealbreaker, but should be factored in determining the value. Some of the sliding doors are difficult to open, and there is no screen on a bedroom door. Some of the kitchen appliances and faucets are wobbly. Likewise the flooring is a bit thread-bear.
The back patio is small, and is poorly furnished. The back of the house faces south and there is no patio umbrella or protection form the sun. There is a simple 4 person bistro table, with just 2 chairs, which is insufficient for a home that could accommodate 8 plus people.
So the home needs some improvements, but overall it is a clean comfortable space.
