Owner was amazingly helpful and the home was gorgeous. Had absolutely everything you could want and more.

When we arrived, the house was just as shown in the pictures. The house is newly renovated and in great shape with new kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer. The pool was not warm when we arrived, but the heater was turned on quickly after contacting the owner. While not mentioned in the property listing, the book of house rules found in the property does indicate that the pool heater must be requested if desired, so you may want to do that ahead of arrival if you plan to use it in the cooler seasons. Beach gear was available in the garage and we used that for our several trips to the beach. The roof, which I presume was damaged by Ian, was covered in “tarp” awaiting repair when we arrived. The owner contacted us during our stay to ask if the contractors could begin working on it while we were there. We agreed, but asked for a slight delay to wait for our grandkids to depart so as not to impact their nap times and the owner though that was reasonable. The contractor did arrive later in our stay and finished the job quickly, but rendered the pool and surrounding area unusable for the rest of our stay due to roof debris. I notified the owner so that he could take care of it, and he offered and provided a slight refund for our trouble. Overall, I highly recommend as a spacious and clean home for a family getaway.

Property was tastefully updated and extremely clean. Fully enjoyed our stay as it was centrally located to many of our favorite destinations in the area. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Property Manager Andy was very quick to respond to any and all needs. Enjoyed every minute of it!!

This property was the perfect getaway for us with a very inviting atmosphere and it is a well kept home that is comforting in many ways!

On a super short notice we were able to rent this amazing house. Newly remodeled, wonderful interior design, absolutely clean, everything you need. Just minutes to Siesta Key and shopping. Wonderful kitchen with place for 4 persons to eat, we did not even used the other dining tables. Very pretty bathrooms, clean garage, beach equipment available, comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again. The kids even asked if we could permanently live in this house.

This place is so clean, comfy, and calm. Great location, comfortable beds, and so well equipped especially in the kitchen. The host was so easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions. We loved being able to bring our pup and she was absolutely at home during our stay. The pictures are NOT deceptive - sometimes you aren’t sure if you’re getting what’s pictured, but this property was even better than shown. Extra bath towels and a hot tub would be a great add-on 😂😉. We definitely see ourselves coming back in the future!

This property is excellent in every single way! We found everything we needed in the house! My family likes cooking and kitchen was great and very well equipped! House is specious, light and clean, it’s very well designed and cozy ! The owner is fantastic: always communicates in a timely manner, address every question or request as soon as possible! Can’t wait to come and stay at the property again! Don’t even hesitate, it’s even better than on the pictures! 👍🏻🏡

The property is VERY VERY CLEAN! Nice neighbors safe short drive to the beach. Plenty of stores close by 20 - 40 minutes to IMG fields depending on traffic we stayed here for a soccer tournament. Pool is clean host is very responsive the home is even better than photos. The host has provided almost everything you need for your stay. Loved this home! We would stay again. Don’t hesitate to pick this home the best I have been In in a while.

We took a few evening walks, and the neighbors were so nice. Sarasota Public Beach is about 12 mins away, and the host even left beach gear in the garage for guests to use. We had such a great time that we didn't want to leave. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to relax, this is a great choice.

We went to Sarasota to visit family and have some family stay with us as well. This house was perfect! Three bedrooms in a very spacious and gorgeous home ! The pool is amazing, we sat outside for our coffee in the morning swam in the daytime and sat around it in the evening with the lights on was so Gorgous. It has everything you need in the kitchen and it’s totally redone beautifully loved it so much. Brand new washer and dryer for your use. The beds were so comfy and the house is so peaceful. Lots of space to eat with two tables and a bar area. Two different areas to sit and chat. Nice neighborhood and close to so many stores they did a wonderful job on this house it’s Gorgous we definitely want to stay there again!! Excellent and fast communication with the owner

We loved this house! Super clean and everything was new and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the lighting at night. Host responded immediately with answers to questions. It was conveniently located close to beaches and stores. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. It had all the amenities we needed including a grill, separate beverage cooler and a garage. Loved it!!!!!!

We had an amazing vacation in Sarasota. This home was perfect! It was Immaculate and full of every amenity for a comfortable stay. It was exactly as pictured but even more welcoming and well appointed. The lovely kitchen had everything and more that we needed, and the beach gear and towels were so useful for our beach days. The pool area is just beautiful and perfect for a relaxing day or evening! Andy was quick to respond to any question. We hope to visit again soon!!

Somehow, the listing undersells the property. The house and property are clean and well maintained, with new furnishings throughout, and in a nice neighborhood where we felt secure. As 4 adults and 1 teenager, we were most comfortable in the house. 3 big bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a dining table and breakfast bar, and a nicely equipped kitchen allowed us to stay fed and rested during our stay. The pool area is fully screened and furnished, making a great place for us to wind down in the evenings. The location is amazing for convenience, with grocery stores close by in all directions. Getting to Siesta Key takes only 5 minutes. Great restaurants (try Walt's Fish Market and Restaurant!), again, only 5 minutes. I-75 is easy to reach, if you want to head to Orlando, Tampa, or Venice. The garage is empty, excluding beach gear, which made parking our vehicle inside for the night easy. This property is on my shortlist of return locations when we travel back to the area.

My favorite beach in the world is less than 10 minutes down the road. So this a great place and fantastic option without paying over $1,000 per night to be there right on the beach. And get my own private pool, huge open floor plan, beautifully renovated and furnished and on a cute little circle street. Looking forward to going back soon and staying here again ! Andy was a great host and house was extremely clean, fully renovated with modern finishes. It was centrally located so perfect for my family and I. The pool was warm even with low temperatures at night. Andy promptly replied to all questions and concerns and made sure we had a great stay. The stay was more than we could ask for and is highly recommended.
