The host was very helpful during our stay. The host communication was good and quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house and the host.

Great location! Could walk to many places or a short drive/Uber ride. Loved the West Side Market and 25th Street area. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, all the games were great, back deck was perfect for hanging out. We had a fantastic weekend! Would stay here again.

This house suited our family to a T! We really enjoyed our time here, especially game room and spacious living room. Location was ideal for restaurants and attractions. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels. I liked the Cleveland photos as artwork. There was a small glitch with check-in but VRBO and owners were both prompt and helpful, and it was resolved immediately. Thank you for a memorable weekend together.

Very Clean home with fun “extras” throughout! Used the garage for security and the hot tub a few times. Cover was a bit awkward to maneuver but we managed. Beds super comfy and plenty of access to everything CLEVELAND!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! I have a checklist of things that I want in a rental and this one had them all! This home has been completely renovated and is just beautiful. The big cozy sectional and the big TV made for awesome movie marathons. The home has a half bath on the first floor which was so convenient. The beds were crazy comfy…I slept as well as I do in my own bed! Loved all the “fun stuff” the home had to offer too. I played darts for the very first time, I was terrible, but I had a lot of fun trying! I just loved everything about this house, including the host. Brian was very quick to respond and was just a super nice guy! I was in town to go to Cleveland Clinic and he was so very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I truly appreciated everything he did to help me. The next time I’m in Cleveland, I hope to stay here again!

Came to work from SC as well as see family and friends that I had not seen in over a year. My daughter also turned 21 while we were there so nothing but an awesome time and awesome place to stay!

Great location near many attractions (Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Aquarium, etc). Clean and lots of fun games at the house. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the historic homes.

Great location. Very Clean with modern updates. Welcoming HOT TUB and fireplace outside! Awesome communication with owner and property manager. On the spot help when needed for a/c issues! Super comfy bedding. Could've used some extra Tpaper and bathroom linens(face towels)--(kitchen could use a few staple items also) OVERALL GREAT STAY!!

Loved the location - so close to everything. Enjoyed being in a neighborhood setting. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Cozy. Had some weather-related issues but the owner was very quick to communicate and fix them.

All in all it’s a nice property. There are 2 bedrooms with a king bed. The third has a Queen. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the house very much. Loved the back deck and hot tub. Just needs some cosmetic attention and should have been cleaner.

The location was wonderful, within minutes to downtown. The house was clean and a great space for a group. The listing does say it can sleep 12, which it can if you include 2 people on a futon, 2 on an air mattress, and 2 on the couch. There were 2 king size beds and one queen size.. We had 10 people and trying to find proper arrangements was a bit challenging. Overall, the house was great and everything worked out well! Would stay again for sure!

Let's start by saying that the host is amazing. The house is lovely and was very clean. The amenities were great. The hot tub and the basement area was perfect for our group It was my husband 60th birthday and Brian allowed us to bring a portable gas grill and we grilled in the cozy backyard and the patio was nice with a retractable awning for the beaming sun at night we had wine sitting around the fire table on the patio and we had a awesome time in the basement which is perfect for entertaining. There is darts and a game table and pool table and my favorite thing was it was done in the Cleveland Browns theme as I'm a huge Browns fan. The check in was easy and Brian was able to accommodate me for an early check-in. Loved every minute of my stay will definitely consider staying here again. Brian keep up the good work.

We were close to EVERYTHING. Rock and Roll hall of fame, the Flats, Museums, Great restaurants, the Christmas Story house, Parks and Beaches. We were even in walking distance to a full size grocery store.

We had a great time. Brian is a great host- very responsive and attentive to his guests. Check in and check out was easy, neighborhood is great, and amenities/appliances worked great. Definitely recommend and will re-visit next time we're in Cleveland.

Family stay after a surprise proposal. Location was perfect for a Lakewood location. Couple of hiccups were immediately addressed. Will return with dogs when we visit area again.

Had a great time! Visited Cleveland for a birthday and Brian had everything set to go for us. Made for an awesome stay. Definitely coming back!

Property was great, perfect location, easy to get to everything. Loved all the amenities, especially hot tub, back deck and video game. Host was very helpful and very responsive.

My hubby and I took our son, our college grad, on a road trip to Cleveland. We hit all the big ticket attractions: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, West Side Market, waterfront..we hit Pins/16 Bit Bar+Arcade, the grocery store with a rotunda..the restaurants..Blue Habanero, Bourbon Barrel, Great Lakes. As well as tripped out to Collinwood, Ohio Reformatory (Shawshank!), and up the coast to West Lake a neat shopping center, had amazing tacos at Condado..out to Avon Lake and sat by the beautiful lake, stopping for ice cream before heading back. Eeeevery day we arrived back to our cozy, safe, adequately equipped home base. Brian's place is located perfectly to reach anywhere within a short trip. It's in a safe neighborhood as well which made us feel more at home. We had a fire one night, my son enjoyed the hot tub, video game table and we played quite a few games of pool..with a very solemn Big Ben watching us from the corner as he loses to the Brown's..oh yeah, Brian's a Brown's fan lol But we're good sports though, we Steelers fans don't hold a grudge..too long! All in good fun, we found it well played. The beds were super comfy, and the place had everything we really needed. The jacuzzi tub was a winner for me, thumbs up. Plenty of space as well. The only things I'd maybe ask is for a sponge and couple extra hand towels. Thanks for sharing your place with us, Brian!

This property was in a great location for us. We had come for a family graduation party over Memorial Day weekend. It was a short drive to everything and the neighborhood had a lot of character. We had a great time playing pool and darts in the game room. Brian the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to returning.

we had a bachelorette weekend from out of town and this place did the trick! loved the large open kitchen/living room area for entertaining. the large wrap around couch accommodated us all comfortably and the table top pac-man game and hot tub were perfect additions during the time we spent at the house. the inside could use a little touching up (some shelving/curtain rods loose on the wall, multiple lights burnt out/no bulbs in socket, some unpainted patches in the walls), but overall pretty comfortable. it wasn’t spotless (lots of dust in corners/under the bed [noticeable bc of the hardwood floor] and some glasses we had to wash before use) but again, overall pretty decent and not too big of a deal, but for being charged a cleaning fee i would of expect it to be a little better. the host Brian was very prompt, responsive and polite. i would rent from him again!

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to stay here!!! The home is AMAZING!! Brian was very nice and communicated with me very well... Didn't have to wait for a response he got back intouch with me promptly. The home was fully stocked with supplies. Many activities to do inside the home during this winter weather... We had a blast The community was close to everything. 5 Star home!!! If you are looking for a rental this is the place to be you will not be disappointed. Will definitely come back!!!
