Perfect home to stay w family and see nearby attractions. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the community pool as well. Would stay again.

Was a great stay in a good neighborhood with paved roads and good plumbing, but still quiet enough to feel like you’re in the middle of the hills.

The property was in a great neighborhood and we loved the clubhouse, the home was perfect for a variety of kids ages!

This is a very comfortable home in a great location for exploring all that the Black Hills has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the hot tub, plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone AND the community pools were FANTASTIC! The location was great for travelling to local sites (mount rushmore, devils tower and more) and it was super comfortable for recharging after site seeing AND enjoying family time.

There is nothing worse than showing up on a vacation to a filthy property. The owners reimbursed for one night but not for cleaning fee. This wouldn't have bothered me, however the cleaners told us they were waiving the cleaning fee so I chose to give them something as I felt bad they weren't getting paid for their work. The owners said that was my problem and not theirs. They collected on a fee they didn't have to pay.

We enjoyed the property. Plenty of room. Perfect spot to visit the Black Hills.

the house has no front door go thru garage or around back no concrete side walk we got there fridge was not working the breaker was off - so no place to put food to keep cool for a day - next day the outlets in the kitchen where not working dont really know what caused the breakers to trip

Me and my friends rented this house for your spring break trip and it was perfect! It had all the utensils we could possibly need and was very clean!

Our stay was very fun. We loved the bunk room for all the kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. We were able to find the thibgs we needed in the kitchen very well and we enjoyed all the natural light.

Overall a great place. Very clean, everything worked great. The grill had plenty of propane and all but paper towels were stocked appropriately for the amount of people/length of stay. The only downside was, the downstairs was frigid the whole time we were here. If we would have had a space heater, we would have been running it since that's where the bunk room is for the kids. They suggested we didn't run the fireplace to keep the downstairs warmer but it didn't matter. We never ran the fireplace but it was still cold down there. Even made sure we kept the garage doors closed since we had frigid temps. But other than that, it was a nice property. Kids loved the heated pool at the clubhouse!

GREAT place to host our family Christmas! Property was very clean, property manager was easily contacted with any questions or concerns. Kitchen and living area is large and open. Good for family gathering together. We brought everything we needed for cooking, but found many kitchen necessities in house. Plenty of towels for showering and use with Hot tub. Hot tub was a welcomed relief after a day of skiing. Keep the fan running in basement bedroom and the basement stays at a comfortable temperature in the winter. Community center has a heated outdoor pool that was clean, shuffleboard, pool table, fireplace, comfortable seating for visiting. We could not get the TV volume turned up or the stereo to work. Would have been nice to have instructions. My rating for property description was lower due to, on the website the cabin appeared to have a room with a pool table in the basement because of the placement of the Community building pool table room being right in the mix of the cabin pictures. there are only two bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. That was just a misunderstanding on our part as there is no description of pool table room in cabin. The cabin is for 14 people but only 6 dining room chairs and 1(2) high stools for the island (the table is big enough for 10 chairs), making us eat in shifts. would have been nice to have some folding chairs available for mealtime and game time. Also, the bedroom with the two full size beds on the upper level, I feel the the box springs need replaced. The beds are very noisey making it difficult to sleep since the bedroom is shared.

We were coming in right after a winter storm and it was so nice to have the owners reach out personally to us to to offer different days or to continue with current days selected! Very happy they were able to get the property cleared out so we could continue as planned! We had the best time and really appreciate the close communication in situations like this! Will be back!

Overall a good experience

We all loved it, we did our Thanksgiving early so that all of our family could come together. We had all age ranges. It was amazing, bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything you could possibly want, spacious and roomy for the kids, extra of everything for everyone. All the amenities needed for everyone, even had a highchair and baby toys! We will be coming back, again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful cabin.
