There were two negatives to consider. 1) The unit gets very warm. The AC functions fine in both bedrooms. But the main living area can be very uncomfortable in the middle of the day. 2) Rental includes parking but I would suggest renting a small car as the spaces are unusually small. There is very little room to park within the space provided. I had to let passengers out prior to pulling into the space and then crawl out myself once parked. And that is if someone is not in your assigned space. That happened three times in the week stay. A bit annoying when the only other option is street parking and a bit of a walk. Two things to consider if renting. But I would consider renting again.

Everything was great. Older place always use some update’s. the main bathroom tub drain needs cleaning very slow.

This unit was very nicely upgraded. Each room has a king bed which makes it great for a couples get away. The beach access is phenomenal and the complex is very quiet and relaxing.

The hot water was not working for a couple of days which sucked but they did get it fixed while we were there. They did communicate well. There are a lot of rules and that was fine as we traveled as adults only. If we had our kids they would have been more frustrating. There is no guest parking at all so when a massage therapist came they had to park across the street. We had a great view and a wonderful time.

The condo is equipped in an outstanding manner. The appliances and all tableware are all high quality. Location to beach is so close we always walked. Beach amenities that are provided are terrific. All the amenities are the best I have seen in all my years of renting condos. Additionally, the booking management company is extremely helpful and provides great communication and services. They were exceptional in their service. The only warning is if you are looking for a quiet Lanai in the evening or you like to keep the sliding glass doors open in the evening then this may not be your choice as evening traffic is noisy from the street close by, no impact to sleeping though.

I have noticed there’s not a lot of reviews as this is a newer property to Maui rentals so I will give an honest review pros and consThis is a very clean updated condo. Everything was very comfortable and well stocked. Air conditioning in the bedrooms thank goodness I couldn’t imagine sleeping without it.The view is stunning, right across the street from Kam’ole 3, we swam with sea turtles and the lifeguard was funny on his megaphone you can hear him during the day. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching sunsets and having drinks. Cons not dealbreakers.- The complex caretaker was very rude in the pool area, we are all adults in our 40s. We tilted the umbrella for shade he came in very rudely telling us that shades could not be tilted that they were not meant to be tilted, (there’s a button to push that tilts them) he said that we were going to break them, he was talking to us like we were children. Um we know how to tilt an umbrella. He was very argumentative. He also went to a couple beside us who had children and were having a drink in a plastic cup and he was again rudely talking to them NO glass in the pool area they said it was plastic he flicked the cups with his finger to check, hello with Covid why would you touch someone’s cup- The bed in the main bedroom squeaked really bad. Sucks when you are sleeping- The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable minus the squeaking.- Vacuum didn’t work and I emailed, they never got back to me- I got a message about my parking. We had a Ford Expedition Max, and the person in the spot beside us went over the line which mean we had to go over the line, and we got a complaint when it was still visible that it was the person in the spot beside us that caused us to go over the line. The interior of the condo was definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in on Maui. The furniture isn't your typical wicker furniture and was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were ok. I've definitely slept in more comfortable beds and less comfortable beds. The unit lacked an AC unit for the living room and kitchen (apparently only 2 AC units are allowed per unit and they are in the BRs which make sense), but that room was pretty warm all of the time, even with the door open at night and the sunshade down on the lanai. Our fault but we didn't find the elevator until AFTER we had carried our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Bummer. The parking lot is a bit weird with different driveways for different spots so when we initially arrived, we went in the wrong driveway, then had to go back out to the road to turn into the correct driveway. Once we figure it out, not a big deal. The pictures showed tennis courts which are in the back of the property and NOT part of the Maui Parkshore. Not sure if we are allowed to use them but since they are behind a fence circling the property next door, we did not try to use them. If they are usable by Maui Parkshore residents, you may want to clarify that. We go to Maui 1-2x per year and other places we have stayed are a bit more lenient about check in time. We did some shopping and ate lunch after landing so not a huge deal but it gave the impression of being not so friendly. Location is great. We like the South Kihei area and very convenient to restaurants, the beach, etc.

This unit is on the top, 4th floor with views of the ocean. The kitchen was renovated, clean, and very well stocked. We appreciated having a free parking space. There are several amazing beaches across the street and down the road. Lots if little shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Coxonut's Fish Cafe and Cafe O'Lei! When we arrived, the tub was draining slowly. The management company responded immediately and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. We will absolutely stay at the same unit again if we have the opportunity!

The information packet had a picture of the lockbox for the key and instructions, however that was the wrong one and the keypad wouldn't let us in either. Had to call for help and after 45 minutes got in. I believe the door was ultimately stuck on the rug in front of the door as after we moved it we were able to get in and out. The plug in where the TV was plugged didn't work for the light or the electronics so we had to move plug ins and re-boot everything. The bedroom with the on-suite bath's air conditioner flooded the first night as it looks like the containers were full before our arrival, and the bathroom toilet had a small leak in the front everytime we went in there. Other than that we were impressed with the cleanliness, and how well stocked and convenient it was!

Neda's condo was amazing. The location was great, we walked to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more. She has thought of everything! I would stay here again!

This VRBO was one of the very best we've stayed at. Not only was it IMMACULATE, but the owner thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay—with attention to detail. The place has a well-stocked kitchen (with quality flatware, dishes, and cookware and even ziptop bags and chip clips) with high-end appliances and finishes; filtered water and ice; A/C in the bedrooms (wasn't needed in the main part of the house where the breeze off Haleakala did the trick); fresh-smelling linens; toiletries (e.g., starter shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower gels); basic first-aid supplies (e.g., bandaids and hydrogen peroxide); office supplies; washer, dryer, and laundry detergent; beach chairs, towels, coolers, and an umbrella; nightlights for ease of getting around in the dark; a good-sized smart TV and fast WiFi; conveniently located outlets for chargers; and lots of storage space and extra hangers. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Neda was so helpful and easy to communicate with that we felt like she was a friend. She even went out of her way to accommodate a change in our schedule. It also helped that she lives on the island. She responded to any questions/issues we had promptly and efficiently and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities (808 Deli and Nalu's were a couple of our favorites; be sure to try the malasadas at Nalu's!). Neda's VRBO was a clean, comfortable, safe place to land each time we returned from our adventures across the island. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Neda's Maui Parkshore condo. She is still the best VRBO host we've ever stayed with. Thoughtful communications, all of the little things are there for you. The unit is exceptionally clean and we appreciate the comfy bed. The a/c units in the bedrooms have a big water jug that need to be emptied daily, which is a bit of a pain but the building apparently won't let full external units be installed so nothing Neda can do, or she would do it! For the price point, you get a nice view and good access to Kam III beach; however, the unit is very loud with street noise and noise from the beach parking lot/lifeguards on the loud speaker, so if that's something that may bother you, consider paying the extra money to stay on the water side of South Kihei Rd. or at one of the properties tucked back from the street. We like that Maui Parkshore's pool has a lot of rules - but understand why party animals or people with kids do not. While there is an elevator, if you aren't able to take the stairs it also may not be the ideal building for you unless you stay on the 1st floor. The BBQ's at Maui Parkshore are also not great - they don't get hot and are often quite busy as there are only 4 for the entire complex. If you decide that Maui Parkshore is where you want to stay, Neda's unit is top notch. Aloha!

It is well supplied with beautiful dishes, cooking utensils, spices, linens and so much more. Beach toys for the entire family. This was the perfect place to stay on Maui. Across the street from a great beach that has swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and a lifeguard. Fully updated place with all custom tile and upgraded appliances. They had everything to help you make the best of your visit. With all of the beach toys your could need, dishes and storage containers. Neda takes great care of the place is very responsive to questions and knows everything about the local area. The AC units in both bedrooms made the hot evenings so much better. She has an information book that includes restaurants, beaches and recommendations on things to see and do. Will defiantly stay here again.

This was a great stay! The place was very well maintained, up to date, and the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed at. The view is phenomenal! Neda was very helpful and attentive over text throughout our stay. We were traveling with friends, as well as our toddler. The day we left, Neda had gotten in touch, and helped supply extra kid items (kitchen supplies, high chair and Graco bed) so that we didn't have to travel with as much. Would recommend to many people!

This was a fabulous 4th floor condo looking out on the Pacific Ocean in Kihei close to Wailea. Owner is very communicative and provided everything we'd need to have a comfortable stay. Condo was well stocked with towels and even small things like spices for cooking, hand soap and beach toys like boogie boards and chairs and an umbrella.Condo is directly across from Kamaole Beach Park 3 which was really convenient. Complex also has barbecue area and pool if needed.Condo doesn't have central A/C but does have individual A/C units in each bedroom. Afternoon/evening ocean breeze made it quite nice without A/C in the family room even though the outdoor temp was in the mid 80's. Spent a lot of time on the balcony staring out into the ocean anyway so it really isn't a big deal.You're a couple of blocks from restaurants and since the condo is on the lower end of Kihei, felt quieter and darker at night for listening to the ocean while sitting on the balcony.If we're ever in Kihei, we'll surely look to rebook this condo!
