This property is everything you see and more. There was so much to do that you really don't need to leave. Great for not just family trips but adult only as well. The property is as described. Everyone has their own space if need be. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with 14 adults and we had the best time. The night before my arrival, I spoke with the host and told them why I was coming. They made a special trip last minute to the store to get a birthday card, tiara, blowers, a ballon and a bottle of wine. That was very sweet and very unexpected. I had no issues contacting the host as they were very fast. No issues with the property either. We will definitely book a week trip next time with the kiddos. Sadly the lake was too low to use the dock right by the house but 8 minutes down the way is Lake Canyon Park where you can swim and drop your boat in. There is even jet ski rentals available. Only 2 boat ramps were accessible, both being in parks. Cost $20 per vehicle. Was fine with us though. We enjoyed the lake as it was that beautiful blue green color. You won't regret booking here.

Fantastic set up for families. We came for a wedding and with each family having their own space made getting ready a breeze. The amenities kept everyone busy from adults to the kids. Definitely recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property was as described and the manager/owner were extremely helpful with a few issues (that we caused). It was a perfect space for our family reunion.
The only complaint I have is that the lake level was extremely low and the boat ramps were unusable due to the lake being drained. I wish we would have known that ahead of time before we pulled a jet ski across Texas with hopes of using it in the lake!

While the pictures online can be a little confusing at showing the layout, we loved the property. With each of the 4 condos separated, it allows privacy when needed while still allowing plenty of social space right outside.
Lots of cooking supplies, trash cans and bags, and games were left for us which was very helpful.
Also the owner was easy to talk to and very helpful.

This listing was the perfect place for our wedding party to stay for the wedding weekend! There were more than enough beds for all 20 of us, and we stayed entertained all weekend with all of the outdoor activities. Great place to stay! We'll consider this property for all of our future large events!

This place was great! We had a group of 12 rent all of the condos for 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Lots of grills, smokers, an outdoor griddle and outdoor cooking utensils provided. The host communication was prompt and accurate whenever I had questions. All of the facilities were clean and in working order. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend to anyone with a good sized group! Thanks y’all for everything yall!

We had a fabulous stay here! We had a large group (20+) and we never felt cramped. There is ample outdoor space and seating and the indoor space was accommodating as well.
Kitchens were mostly stocked with what you need. If it’s not in yours, it’s in the neighbors (like a blender, large serving tray, etc). Everything was clean and not cluttered at all. Each unit has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc- everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfortable- the beds were great, no complaints from our group (including those on the futons or single cots).
We did lose power a couple times (of course there was an ice storm during our visit) but management was quick to contact the power company and make sure we were taken care of.
You’ll love the covered pavilion for grilling, listening to music, playing pool, sitting by the fire pit, etc.
Things to note- the walls are very thin, the water isn’t super hot (& maybe we only noticed because it was so cold during our stay!). Otherwise no complaints- we loved our stay! Several colleagues are even looking into returning for family trips :)

Check in was very easy, property was beautiful and plenty activities to do! We had a large family stay for graduation weekend and we played volleyball, corn hole, pool, and enjoyed the eating/BBQ areas! Each condo was spacious and clean when we arrived with plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful time with family in a truly special place. We enjoyed the accomidations and the outside space was perfecf for our total gatherings. The sunsets were spectacular and the lake was beautiful. Would highly recommend for group gatherings.

This was a reunion with my five cousins, their children, and us and one of our children and spouses. The pavillion was great since many of them watched football games on Saturday. Porch was delightful to watch the sunset and the butterflies. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything else to be provided in the kitchens -- except maybe a cook! Hostess was quick to respond.

Had essentially everything we needed already, and very responsive about questions and specific needs for my son.
My boys had a blast with the playground and balls/games they have on-site. Really no need to leave the condos, has so much to keep us busy.
Condos themselves were great and just what we needed with each nuclear family getting their own space. Can't really say enough things about this place.

If you have a large group going to this area then book here! The separate houses makes it easy to make the group comfortable. The amenities make for a fun home. Floating, beach areas, and grocery stores are a easy drive down a main road. Checking in and out was as simple as simple can be. We will be back.

July 4th Vacation
A group of friends rented this property for July 4th weekend. It was better than the pictures could show. A beautiful property with tons of room for relaxing, volleyball court, basketball court, pool table...the list goes on and on for what they have available here. Walkable to the lake, bring a lawn chair when you go to the lake but it was a great time in the water. Plenty of people grilling out and enjoying the holiday there. Would recommend this property!

Fantastic
My extended family stayed at the condos for a long weekend and hosted a memorial service for my sister on that Saturday. People gathered under the trees, on the porches, the patio and in the pavilion. The pavilion with flat screen TV, ceiling fan and u-shaped bar was perfect for the slide show, our tributes and food layout. When the guests were gone, the pavilion held a pool table, we had a volleyball court, a basketball court, cornhole games, horseshoes, swings and a slide. So many games and toys were provided. The beds were comfortable, everything in the kitchen worked (except for the coffee makers which need replacing). The layouts of the bathrooms worked well, especially since there was only one bathroom for several guests. It was a fantastic weekend. Working with management was a pleasure. I feel so fortunate to have found this place.

This property has something for everyone. Close to the lake with walking distance to boat ramp 17. The sunsets were beautiful and the shade trees and picnic areas where awesome.

Perfect place for family gathering!
We rented all four of these condos and I’m so glad we did! It was better than the listing shows. TONS of grills, large outdoor TV in covered area-perfect if it’s a little too hot or any rain. Pool table, corn hole. There are soo many spots to hang if you have a large group. And it perfect for little little kids and adults too. Owner is so responsive. I am so happy with our stay here.

Great place on the lake
This was the perfect place for our family get together/birthday celebrations. Although it was a little chilly we had a bonfire and enjoyed the outdoor space to watch all of the football games and played pool. It was like our own little sports bar. We loved that each family had their own space at the end of the evening as well. Very clean. Great communication. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back to this place in the summer and go tubing on the river which is super close!
