The house was wonderful for our vacation. Plenty of space, well equipped and in a great location close to the market, restaurants and the beach/park.

We booked our stay very early as 3 couples go away every year for New Years. I am a New Years Day Baby and we all love to welcome the New Year together. We are all from SW Florida in Englewood Beach but choose another place in Florida to explore every year. This was our 9th "Last Hurrah" which we call it because when we get back, it's time to work and live healthy again. We were concerned we would not be able to travel there after Hurricane Idalia hit Cedar Key. But our hosts assured us that enough was back open that we could enjoy ourselves. We had 3 couples and there were 3 bedrooms so that was perfect. There is also a fabulous back lanai area where we spent many nights laughing and sharing stories. The location was spectacular...pretty much walking distance everywhere. We opted to rent a golf cart because it was very cold and it was quicker to get around. But we certainly could have walked everywhere. The house had everything we needed but we did have a couple of small extra requests. The hosts reached out to us to ask how everything was and we reported back that it was great but made a couple of small suggestions that would make it outstanding. The next day we got a call asking our permission to deliver the requested items. We were ALL blown away that they cared enough on a holiday weekend to get us not only everything we needed but everything we WANTED. I am someone who really appreciates outstanding customer service and rarely do I get it but I did!

House was the Perfect size for our Family to gather on Christmas and open gifts. The rear screen Porch was a Big Hit! Plenty of Comfortable Furniture for everyone to sit, relax and enjoy Family time! Fabulous Hosts!! Went above and beyond for us.

Conveniently located house that was well stocked with necessities. Ample sleeping areas and screened porch to enjoy the evenings.

We have traveled to Cedar Key for 19 years. This was our first year bringing our grandchildren. The house was not ready for our check in upon arrival after check in time. Housekeeping rushed to get it ready so some items were missed. Mendy did give us a gift card to go have drinks or eat while we were waiting. Nice place with plenty of parking. The kitchen was very well stocked.

We loved our stay in Cedar Key at this house. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. It was very nice and convenient walking distance to the beach and downtown. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

A real gem. Book early. Everything was perfect here. Roomy and great BBQ. HUGE OUTDOOR PATIO . Comfortable beds. Managment stays in touch and I’ll be back for my 4th time next year

My brother wanted us to see Cedar Key and loves the island with just one day and night all 5 of us absolutely love it here. 3 out of 5 of us are Floridians from the east coast. The people are Friendly, the house is comfortable, quiet, clean, a short walk to the cuties shops/restaurants and marina.

Will rent again loved everything about the home, decor screen in porch had everything we needed.

This was a great, well kept home and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect for a family stay. Right in the middle of everything in Cedar key. Outside did not look too good but the inside is completely opposite- well kept, clean and spacious.

The house was good but a little off the beaten path Like to visit surrounding area but At least 45 min to an hour away

The home was cute as a button. It was large enough that we all had our own bedroom. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The location was fabulous. We would stay here again.

Great stay, place was clean, bring your own iron. I was surprised at how well stocked the house was. I would not hesitate from renting again.

We loved the location of the property. It was very comfortable. Leather recliners in the living room was a plus, and we appreciated the laminate flooring throughout the house. Had we stayed longer, the kitchen was well stocked and perfect for preparing meals. (Could use a few more wine glasses)The only downside was that the Lanai furniture needs attention.....the sectional was very dirty . Otherwise, a great place to relax and unwind.

Property was good, I would book again, just to bad that the week we stayed there was cold and rainy. Cedar Key is a one of it's own!!

House was close to downtown and clean. Nicely decorated. Overall, would definitely be back.

My fiancé and I came up to spend Valentine’s, we love cedar key and visit a few times a year. This visit we wanted to bring our latest rescue cat as he has health issues and I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone else handling his meds. This property was listed as pet friendly and it was perfect. the house is adorable and so close to downtown. Clean and we had everything we needed. Owner communicated ahead of our visit and during to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, especially when we bring the rest of the family with us, there’s plenty of space and a great area on the back porch for gathering for a cookout.

Only issue was with mini split unit heat not working. Contractor has part on order though

This was an excellent house that is centrally located to all the activities. We will definitely be staying here again.
