Our time at step by step was absolutely perfect! This home is gorgeous with a perfect floor plan. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The rental company was beyond helpful during booking to answer all my questions. They checked in during our stay, but we had absolutely no issues! I would highly recommend this home and rental company!

The house was fabulous, very clean & the kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of room, comfy beds. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Location to the pool for our young grandchildren was perfect. We love Carillon and hope to be back next year.Rachel with Sandels by the Sea was so nice, returned calls/texts promptly. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, corrected promptly. She checked in frequently during our stay which was so appreciated.We would highly recommend Step by Step and loved working with Sandels by the Sea. Carillon is such a great family vacation spot.

We had another great trip to Carillon! This is our second time staying in Step By Step and we were again thrilled with the home and location! This house is immaculate and has plenty of space! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed for cooking in and the driveway provides more parking/space than many other homes in Carillon.

The house was beautiful with great appliances and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and the large swing. It was also great for the family to be able to walk to the pool easily. I definitely recommend this house for families.

Step by step was even better than advertised. This home has so much space that 2 families could stay here. The 2 master suites were perfect for us and the location was perfect. A golf cart is recommended to help with trips to the beach, but not not required. The home is equipped with everything you can think of. The front porch swing was a great feature and many in our group napped on it after a long day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Step by Step is such a beautiful home! It is spacious, clean and just gorgeous !! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there was plenty of parking for vehicles, golf cart and bikes. We had such a fabulous time and look forward to returning in July!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was as lovely as it was practical. It has a well-appointed kitchen/pantry and a great washroom. If you're a mom, you will appreciate this home. It was also super convenient. Steps away from the pool and just a short walk to the village and the beach. We couldn't have enjoyed this house or this development more and when we get back to the Panhandle, this is where we'll stay.

We have vacationed at rental properties in Carillon Beach for 15 years. Step By Step is one of our favorite beach rental houses in Carillon! This home is lovely, spacious, and beautifully accommodating for many people. Two families or one large family will be very comfortable in this beach home. Decor is clean, inviting, and luxurious. Kitchen is practical and spacious with a nice big pantry for groceries. Bedrooms are comfortable and airy, with plenty of spaces to unpack. Utility/washer area is a nice landing zone for swimsuits and towels. This home is associated with Walkover #3 for beach rental chairs. Recommend golf cart for greatest ease in getting to beach when staying in this home. Property manager and housekeeping staff for Step By Step are absolutely excellent and will respond quickly to any need you may have. Our whole family loved this house and wants to come back!!!
