Was perfect location for us to be walking distance to family. Was not on the water which was good for small children and dog. Was well stocked and clean.

Property was nice. Older than expected but the ac is not adequate for the space. The master had a separate unit and was decent but the main part of the house was HOT! Even with it set to 73 it would reach 80 during the day…… Other than that it was a nice property just further from water access than expected.

Lots of activities to do the porches are the best they have extra parking at the back of the house with the gate entrance right there was easy in an out from both sides, the front and the back it was a beautiful home, comfortable beds lots of seating, everything worked. we loved the little touches of hotel style things, like leaving shampoo and conditioner, and little hand towels out and just a little touches that we’re very welcoming and kind of hotel like yet all the homey touches of Decour and special towels and having the the use of of everything the games in the the bag toss game the paddle boards and everything for use having the large porches to hang out on. It was especially important to us to have the baby things there as one of our children had just had a new baby so we had a four week old baby that stayed there and slept in that wonderful crib and it was just such a joy and it’s a joy to go to know if we go back and 63 months that those things are available for use and it sure makes travel better when you can show up and have baby things there and not have to haul all of that so that was a extra touch.It was just a lovely wonderful time. Everything is up-to-date and beautiful, our family spent time at this home and then we went over to another home on the lake that our rest of our family was staying at we all had a wonderful time. It was easy to get to the other home. Everyone can’t wait to come back and do it again. Thank you for this great memories with family!

Property was very clean. The ceiling fan in the master didn’t work and the beds were rough. Otherwise property was very accommodating and set up well with activities.

The house was comfortable and clean. There was a huge storm the first night we got there and the property managers were quick to clean up the tree that blocked the road. They were great at communicating with us and made sure we were safe and comfortable. We would recommend this house to friends and family.

Check in was super great, overall the place was very clean. Got lots of info about the area and such beforehand. Over all would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing. Lots of space. Great for family and friends. Nice sized patio. Visit the POA parks and fishing docks. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our short trip to Kingsland and this home made it even better!

It was very nice. The kids had a great time having a fenced in back yard and so many beds to choose from to sleep at night. It was the perfect place for me to visit with my one grandbaby that lives in Llano. Thank you

Very clean and well equipped home. Short drive to Inks Lake State Park. Pet friendly with a fenced yard.

This is a lovely house, very well equipped, and well-managed. We did see some small shortcomings in housekeeping (hair on pillows, dirty ice maker, stray dog food kibble in one of the bedrooms) but the manager was apologetic and very responsive. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay here, and would not hesitate to book again.

The place was nice and peaceful with a gorgeous backyard and access to the Colorado River.

Good property with clean and roomy interior. Two families can comfortably spend their vacation. We spent our time during Christmas. House was arranged with Christmas theme. Host Melody communicated promptly. We visited inks lake state park, enchanted rock and lake marble falls. All are in driving range. Easy to find and plenty of parking space.

The property was everything we were looking for. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. A clean, cozy and well stocked house. It was perfect for us to hang out and relax between offsite activities with family. Would definitely recommend to others.
