This is an elegant city hotel. Be sure to visit the reading room on the top floor, it has a wide selection of books and wonderful views. The service was excellent. Among other things, the staff arranged for international postage of some items which I had left behind. I highly recommend it.

２回目の滞在。ショッピングモールと直結で買い物にも便利、敷地内にはシャングリラ、コンラッドホテルもあるため、レストラン利用も便利。セントラルにも近いしロケーションは抜群。
部屋も広くて、センスが良く、間取りがいい。アメニティも充実している。浄水器もついていた。
一つだけ、利用した部屋のトイレが詰まりやすかったので改善してほしい。もったいない。

the unbeatable bathtub is everything. with it facing the sea and the city lights. the staff were super friendly as well.
the bed was bad. it was too soft like there was inadequate support to the human body. the pillow is also pretty bad. my body was sore when I woke up and didnt feel energetic at all. Also the food was so bad. I think any other five star hotels are with restaurants that can easily beat it.

The Upper House is located on top of Pacific Place and it's easy to get to. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was AMAZING and the real highlight of the trip! The bed was massive, the bathtub was ENORMOUS and the bathroom looked out over the hills. There was a TV with a great range of movies in the bathroom and in the bedroom. All in all, the place was fantastic.
The food was so-so. Room service was ordered for dinner due to Covid 19 restrictions. Food was delivered in take away boxes, and left in a bag outside the door. There were no plates nor silverware to eat with. The food was lukewarm. (We have stayed in other hotels during this time and we were provided with a trolley table/ plates/ cutlery, etc. The server pushed the trolly just inside the room and collected it from the hall when we were finished.)
The breakfast the next morning was from a selection of about 4 different set breakfasts. Again, all very pleasant, but I do like to select food from a breakfast buffet.

Beautiful rooms & fantastic guest service. Paul from the guest relations team planned a lovely stay for us & greeted us himself upon our arrival. meticulous attention to detail.

We got a room upgrade and had wonderful harbour to city to mountain views. The suite was elegantly designed with lots of wood, which made it feel super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there celebrating my husband's birthday, with great food and an amazing bathtub! Thanks to The Upper House team for pampering us!
