We brought our daughter and 4 of our grandchildren for their spring break. It was cold and rainy but we had plenty of room ! We enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake and the walk to the beach was easy. Only issue we had was several of the televisions didn’t work for lack of batteries in remotes. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo on Ocean Isle! This place had lots of room, was very clean and had everything you needed to cook there. It had an easy check in and out process. I would recommend this place to anyone for a family together.

We loved OIB and this property. The space is perfect, 4 bedrooms, each with bath, make it even better. Access to the beach is easy. The view off the deck is spectacular as well. We can’t wait to return to this property and hope to soon!

We had 6 family enjoy a wonderful stay here. 3 adults were single and each had their own bed and bathroom. Each room was supremely comfortable. 3 adult children enjoyed the bunk beds and single room. We were here with 5 other families who got their own accommodations. When it was our turn to cook dinner for 30 people, everyone commented on how much nicer our accommodations were than theirs. A few of the families had similar room configurations and they were referring to the furniture. You can't go wrong here!

Great location to the beach and all the shops. Really nice inside, loved that there was a bathroom for each room.

Had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Isle Beach while at this wonderful condo! Good accommodations and nicely decorated. The owner was so personable and helpful with the requests that I made. I definitely recommend this property!

This was nice town home. Houses a little to close for me. No real balcony privacy. Other that all good

Overall great accommodation. We have a special needs child who has mobility issues and the fact that you had an elevator was a great help. The condo was spacious. We had grandchildren with us and every morning we went out to the deck and enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the pond. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. We loved every minute and will be back.

Our church small group of nine enjoyed this property. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, and beds comfortable. There is a nice deck and condo is laid out well. The beach is a 5-10 min walk. The furnishings are nice and good kitchen. There were some minor annoyances in that one small rug under the coffee table had sand spurs in it, which obviously don’t feel good to bare feet! The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work properly so we had to buy ice. Most of the TV remotes had dead batteries. There is only basic streaming cable service on the family room TV. The TVs in the bedrooms will not work unless you connect your own source. Cable service should be provided to all the TVs in all rooms at this rental price point. Margie responded quickly to texts, and was very nice, but since we were there only 3 days, most of these issues could not be resolved. She did send the repair people to fix a door handle that fell off. I still gave this 5 stars, and would stay again, but these little details need work. Again overall a very nice property.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. It had plenty of parking, was right across the street from the beach, had lots of room for our entire family (10 people including an infant), and it was a godsend having four full bathrooms as well. There are very few extremely minor things we could complain about like a bit of dust, no trash bags or K-cups, full trash bins, but EVERYTHING else was spectacular and the response time whenever we had questions for the landlord was pretty much immediate. I would highly recommend this location and we will definitely book it again for our next trip to OIB.

I stayed here with family in mid-August. The place is just as pictured, clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch! The property is located in an area of townhouses, and is a short walk to the beach. All you need to do is cross the roadway, and walk a few hundred feet down a right-of-way path that runs directly next to a group of townhouses. If you're lugging a bunch of stuff, you'll still need a cart or wagon. One was supplied with the unit. We also used the pool at the Beach Club. Access is super easy, just walk up the ramp, turn toward the beach and the entrance to the pool is on your right. The pool area was decently sized. We found that the best time to go was early in the morning, or late in the afternoon. I believe the hours were 9 to 6. Midday it got pretty crowded. The pool is a fair distance away, so you may want to consider driving. We rented a golf cart for the week. Parking was easy. This particular unit is assigned the outside parking lane, which has enough room for three vehicles, parked tandem style. Vertical clearance was sufficient for a Ford Transit passenger van. There is also an exterior outlet to charge a golf cart, however, it is up high to keep it above the base flood elevation. Fortunately, I was able to climb and balance myself on the piling cross bracing, but it may be worthwhile for the unit to include a step ladder to get up there. The unit was really clean and nicely decorated, the beach theme matching the surroundings.. There is a decent sized deck on the back that overlooks the pond, which had a lot of resident turtles. The ocean is readily visible from the deck, though the view of the beach itself is obscured by dunes. . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a life saver when you're traveling with teenage daughters.. In terms of cookware, the selection was good. No grill, and the required setbacks would put you in the street or turtle pond, but this wasn't an issue for us. I don't expect vacation rentals to be perfect, and we ran into a few small issues near the end of our stay. Our contact, Margie, was super responsive, and very understanding. Overall, there was plenty of room for all nine of us. The kitchen made a great gathering space, as did the rear deck, but there was plenty of room if someone wanted some privacy, or had to take a work call. This was a really good stay. We hope to be back again soon.

The condo was great and in a great location.

Our family of 9 enjoyed a wonderful week at the condo. Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and eating area was very roomy along with the four bedrooms and bathrooms. Spent a lot of evening time out on the deck overlooking the pond and watching the turtles. This condo is in walking distance of the beach and had a wagon available to take all our stuff to the beach. The pool was also within walking distance from the condo and very well maintained. The owner was really accessible and helpful prior to our stay and during. We would recommend this location!

My family and I really enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. It was spacious, with plenty of rooms/bathrooms for all of us. The condo was well stocked - and steps from the beach. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and loved watching the turtles!

Overall good although trash overfill and confusing on can numbers and whose are whose. And Could use some pepper

For a beach property I expected there to beach towels. We also needed to buy dish soap and hand soap. They watered down what was there so much it wasn’t useful. The kitchen had everything we needed but it seemed very unorganized. Overall we had a great time, but these were just some annoyances.

Everything about the home was perfect. We really enjoyed watching all of the turtles from the balcony every morning before golfing the beautiful courses. All the beds were perfect and the kitchen was large. We will be back next year!

The perfect space for 7 of us to gather for a long weekend together! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and overall the condo was a cozy stay for us all!!! I enjoyed the back deck the most☺️

Very clean property, the condo building itself had easy parking. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, fully stocked kitchen. Perfect weekend or whole week getaway.

I had the opportunity of staying at this condo for 5 nights. I was greeted with a welcome gift, card, and a poinsettia. The patio overlooks a pond and the ocean. Getting to the beach was only a 2 minute walk. Every room had a TV which had Netflix, Sling, Hulu, etc. for entertainment. The elevator was really nice for getting groceries and luggage up and down. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, spices, Keurig, toaster, measuring cups, griddle, crock pot, and plates. I prepared several amazing meals there. The decor is very tranquil and coastal. There was plenty of plush towels, wash cloths, and hand towels for my guests. The owner really pays attention to detail and ensures your stay is pleasant. This is an excellent property for any occasion! We will definitely be back soon.
