This was a great property. I would definitely stay here again!

We did enjoy our stay, loved that it was a short walk to the beach although you couldn’t see the beach from the property. Only complaint was it was so hot in the townhouse when we checked in, it showed 79 and took all night to get to 70 degrees. But it was in the high 90’s every day so the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. Condo was stocked very well, we had everything we needed, nice appliances and comfortable beds.

Everything was Great! Beautiful house and great beach! But…when we arrived there was trash piled on the floor of garage with maggots/roaches crawling in it….GROSS! There was no trash dumpster, so my husband walked it down the road to a large dumpster to get it out of the garage. Then the upstairs was really hot, but we finally figured out by shutting some of downstairs vents we cooled the upstairs better, not quite as cool as we would’ve liked. After a couple of days we needed towels washed for bathing, so we washed them, only to find out the dryer would only run for 5 minutes then shut off. We kept turning it on in 5 minute increments until the towels were dry 2hours later. And had to do the same with the clothes that we had already washed after the towels which resulted in dryer completely stopped working. I called your office and they sent a guy out who agreed that it was not working. The nice lady in your office offered us to use the local laundry mat and be reimbursed which I did not do cause I rented a place with washer and dryer for the convenience. A repair man showed up on last day but unfortunately could not repair. So we just had to bring dirty laundry home with us to wash. We enjoyed our stay but I feel you should invest in an upstairs ac unit, a trash dumpster to rid trash from the property and have a better plan on replacing or repairing washer/dryer units as they wear out so your tenants still get the convenience of having them to do laundry. Ok..townhouse..kitchen very small..one person only Air conditioning not that great upstairs couple of nights got hot..shower upstairs in hallway needs new shower head..walk to beach not too bad..we had 4 adults and 2 kids.. not enough sofa area for all of us ..would I stay again probably not

The location is perfect. Close to places to shop and eat. Short walk to the beach. We loved the lower deck with a shower and outside dining area. The kids could rinse off the sand and then sit down to eat lunch. Well stocked kitchen but just fyi no Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table sat all 6 of us with plenty of room for more. The beds were comfy, just a little warm upstairs in the evenings. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo is in a great location, especially if you have a dog, nice, safe place for walks. Beach was beautiful and not crowded, very close to restaraunts. Condo was roomy and comfortable.

This unit was a very nice, clean, roomy, modern town house. The inside was a great fit for our family vacation with 4 adults, 2 children and our Yorkie. It met all of our wants and needs with plenty of room and it was quiet. The lower and upper decks were a plus and the ability to walk off the lower patio deck and be just a few steps from the beautiful beach was wonderful! Also the garage and off street parking was very nice. All of this along with the property manager staff made for a very enjoyable vacation. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for any future Pensacola Beach vacation stays. I would give it a two thumbs up to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Our favorite parts were the outside shower and proximity to the beach! It’s really a nice spot for renters.
