Location,location,location. Loved the hot tub , walking, dining. Sunrise and sunset. Need I say more!

Was an awesome week with college friends and family! The location of this house is incredible!! Really enjoyed our stay!

The view was wonderful and the house is cute. We had a great stay. Some of the folks around the neighborhood there weren’t too nice, which was a big annoying.

Really enjoyed the panoramic view from the windows in the living room with the constant parade of walkers, runners, dog walkers etc.

This was an amazing location for our vacation. The awesome views of the ocean and all the cozy places to relax were perfect. Close access to the beaches were great for morning walks. Kitchen well equipped, super comfy beds, and great linens. Will definitely come back

A wonderful location for walks on the cliffs and down to the beach. Kitchen was well appointed. Everyone was very comfortable. It was great to have so many different places to sit and enjoy the ambience.

*Right* across the street from Shoreline Park with a crosswalk right in front of the house. Absolutely beautiful views and outdoor sitting areas. We walked around the park daily, encountered many friendly people there, and also enjoyed people watching from the livings room- that park is a popular place! The park clears out after sunset and so the house is a very quiet place at night. We had a few rainy days during our stay, which made us look closer at the interior. There is vintage charm to this place that makes it feel very “California” and should not be changed-we loved the vibe. But there were cobwebs above both showers, spots on the carpet, worn out finishes on faucets etc. Dropped my phone under the couch to discover it was *extremely* dusty underneath . No safety screen for the fireplace. Some deep cleaning and a few exchanges/additions of worn fixtures would make a real difference, and for the price of the rental, is necessary. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds. Super easy to get from this house to downtown and the beach/wharf as well as grocery store, coffee etc. Truly the location is just amazing and worth you booking this place!

We very much enjoyed the view, the beautifully decorated comfortable spaces and bedding. There are multiple seating options out on front deck and on private back deck which has great mood lighting and landscaping. Perfect roomy space for six people. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked though a bigger frying pan would have been nice to have (we made do with using two small ones each time). We had a broom to clean up after cooking in the kitchen but wished we had a mop as we had a spill and had to use lots of paper towels which felt wasteful. My only complaint is that the hot tub controls are locked up. So you can’t change the temp and/or time when it heats. I guess owner is trying to be mindful of electricity but it just heats for an hour in the morning and an hour in early afternoon. Our schedule did not match the hot tub schedule and the first few days we ended up in barely warm water which was disappointing. We called the rental managers and they sent someone right away that changed it to our requested temp and shifted the times it was on to better match our best guess of use. But all our days are not the same so not quite what I’ve experienced with other rentals were the tub is hot regardless of time of day/evening. Other than that truly a great place.

Terrific place. Great sunrise views of the ocean. Super close to the harbor and State Street. Very popular walking path across the street on that parallels the ocean. Front deck is perfect for morning coffee or having friends over in the evening. Will definitely be coming back to this property. Property managers at Paradise Retreats were fantastic to work with. Very accommodating. Had small issue w combo to get in house. Property management owners were even willing to come by themselves to help. Got it figured out on phone. But loved their response and willingness! Great place and team

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood and loved the access to the park across the street with walking path. Easy walk up the street for coffee or groceries, and quick ride to downtown for food and shopping. The home was very clean, beds comfortable, and the outside spaces were perfect for relaxing and visiting. We hope to come back!

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary with friends and had an amazing time. The house was perfect and right across the street from a beautiful park and the ocean. Very convenient to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. We arrived about 45 minutes early but they still made check in a breeze. The house itself was great and they had everything we needed from beach chairs to beautiful deck. Honestly, it was so great, we hope to come back sometime soon!

Lovely location and property

We were in town for a family Wedding and the house is right across the street from the Park and and 5 minutes walk to the beach or 5 minute drive into downtown....Would defiantly stay there again next time I'm in Santa Barbara

This home was very well set up with lovely seating areas, attractive landscaping, and a hot tub with lots of privacy. We had a relaxing and wonderful time!

Lovely property in an excellent location. Outside front area was very nice, looking at Shoreline Park and beyond that the ocean. Backyard very private, great for barbequing and eating, the yard is enclosed and blocks the wind that comes from the ocean, nice small jacuzzi as well. Beds all super comfortable. Tons of restaurants close by, market very close as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

What a fun property. Location to everything was great. And absolutely loved being able to use the garage! Plenty of parking, fun things to do. Spectacular patios. Would stay there again.

Santa Barbara has always been a favorite place for our family to visit so it was the perfect place for us to relax after our son’s wedding in Camarillo. The house was perfectly located across the street from a little park with a playground for our two grandchildren as well. The serene setting on the front porch and private yard was very enjoyable. The front large picture windows was beautiful as we looked out. The 3 bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property was pristine and the amenities were second to none. We will definitely come and stay again when visiting California. The Thatcher Family

Fantastic house! We had a group of friends and family (6 total) come in from San Francisco and San Diego that stayed for three nights. The owners have put a lot of effort in to make the house as comfortable and charming as possible! The beds/pillows/linens/couch were all so soft and clean. Every room is beautifully decorated. There is a spectacular view of the ocean out the main windows in the living room. We walked to downtown SB (~25-30min) for kayaking on West Beach and shopping, and it's a beautiful walk along the harbor. Other perks of the house we liked: hot tub, board games, huuuuuge master bath. The only hiccups we encountered were the front door jamming, so we had to go in through the garage/back door, but the on-call service helped us quickly figure it out and fixed the front door the very next day. The stove also has one burner that may need to be fixed! Overall I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing time in Santa Barbara.

This home has a great location, looking across the water to a park and the ocean, and within fairly easy (about 1.5 miles) walking distance of the pier and State Street. The home was clean and comfortable, with nice views out the living room and master bedroom windows. We - especially our teenage kids - got lots of use out of the hot tub which is located in an interior, private courtyard and deck, with nice plantings around the edges of the courtyard. It was nice that beach chairs and boogie boards were available. We hightly recomment this property.
