Great location - just a two-minute walk from the MRT station. Breakfast was good. It was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely consider this one again if we ever visit Taipei again.

The room seemed a bit dark. The wash basin is not equipped inside the toilet and it is quite inconvenient. You need to walk across the room so as to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Prime location, with friendly and helpful staff. Love that the room came with its own hot spring tub that we could fill, and the shower right beside. Toilet bowl is at the other side of the room but it wasn't an issue. Bathrobes and body scrubs were provided in the room too. We booked for 3 pax, and got a 2 pax room with an additional foldable bed which was comfy to lie on, but did make the room a bit cramped.

Location was very good. Just a short walking distance from Xinbeitou MRT station, eateries (like Ootoya Japanese Restaurant) and attractions such as the Thermal Valley, Puji Temple, Beitou Library and Beitou Hot Spring Museum. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hot spring bath in the room was so relaxing. The free cookies in the room were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant overlooks a park.

Very near the MRT station, just about 3 minute walk. staff were friendly and some can speak english. the room was spacious as expected. room, tub and sauna were very clean. a very relaxing stay even with 2 kids

The hot spring water that goes to your tub doesn't seem like it's naturally hot but it looks like it went through a heater to heat the water again. room was also a bit dated and may need some repair with the cabinet doors

Room was spacious, near mrt station, convenience stores, supermarket and some food places. It's a nice place for a hot soak and relax, have a walk at the park just up ahead from hotel.

Check-in is at 4pm, which is later than any hotels I've ever stayed in. And seems like there is no chance of early check-in. In fact, there was a delay even at 4pm, but staff managed to get me checked just before 4.30pm with a room upgrade.

Room was big, hot spring tub in the room provided an excellent retreat!

in room spa and steam room is good. staff is friendly. location is good.

floor all tiled up so make it very cold in winter. sink near toilet is leaking. making floor very wet. public spa user inconsiderate. brought plates and cups into the spa area and leaving it on the ledge around the spa which is very unhygienic. nobody tell them not to do so.

I like the location, walking distance to the MRT station, restaurant and few of the famous sightseeing spots. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and tasty! Do include the breakfast when you plan to book this resort on your stay.

The bath room design, I booked exquisite double room with hot tub and staying with my friend, there were no door to close if you want to entry the hot tub from the bath room, and there are a standard hanger in front of the bath room door to hang the towel only, if you want to changing, you need to ask your friend to face others place in the room, as there are no hanger inside the bath room to hang your clothes, it was a little embarrassing if you're not couple to stay at exquisite double room. But if you're couple, then it will be very romantic room. cheers!

The room is a great size and everything is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and they provide breakfast in the morning. There are a few restaurants inside that you can eat for dinner. The location is good, less than five minutes to Xinbeitou station and other things

The hot spring is nice, but kind of small compared to other similar priced hotels. Also I stayed here a previous time and that time the room had its own sauna, but this time it did not

The facilitate great. Size of hot spring was great and I enjoyed the sauna, which I wasn't expecting
