This property is well located-on the boardwalk but far enough up to be relatively quiet. The first floor that we rented hand easy access to nice outdoor space.

This was our first time in Ocean City and it was so nice there! The unit that we rented was great: well maintained, well stocked with everything you would need, and perfect location!! The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working but Missy responded to my messages about the issue very quickly and made arrangements for service to be done as soon as possible. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for teens to walk boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to relax on the patio. We had easy access to the beach, and the property was nicely equipped with kitchen necessities. Loved the open family room area and lots of windows to people watch. The host was very responsive to any questions and made it easy to plan for the trip.

Checked into the house on a late Saturday afternoon and immediately noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Missy, and she had someone out to check on things within hours. The AC repair person said that the AC likely wouldn't be operational until after my stay. Missy and the owners worked with me that night to give me options on whether to stay, go to a different location, or come back at a later date.
In short, even though an unforeseen issue arose, they worked with me to find a solution that fit all my needs.

Spacious, clean, very well equipped , perfect location to quieter beaches but walkable to all parts of the boardwalk! Outside area for kids to play safely. Nicely decorated and comfortable!

Amazing location! Not on the busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to walk everywhere. Loved being right in the corner with beach access. Best of all, bathrooms for all! Haha! Manager was very accommodating and answered texts promptly. Nothing but love for this place. Highly recommend! Will def be back.

Everything was great, couldn't get a better location. Beach
wasn't crowded, Hardly any traffic. The only thing I would recommend is you put carpet treads on the 6 stairs leading to bedroom, my wife had socks on an slipped a slid down the stairs on her rear, luckily she just got bruised.

Very beautiful and spacious 1st floor right on the boardwalk. Easy parking and wonderful deck (covered and uncovered). Quiet at night.

Stayed for a weekend during the off season for my and my husband’s birthdays with our two young children. You cannot beat the location or the view. Owner was super accommodating. Was super clean and so nice. It rained a majority of our stay and my 5-year-old still did not want to leave! Would love to go back.

I decided to book a last minute ladies retreat Presidents Day weekend with a friend, and from the moment I connected with owner Missy, until we had to leave, I was blown away! We spent the weekend sitting on the cozy couches, gettinf take out as we had everything we needes right there. The front windows provide beautiful sunrise and sunset skies. The property was an amazing location, clean, well supplied and the bed were comfortable! I left taking note of decor and furniture as it was beautiful and functional. I plan on staying again with my family and definitely again for girlfriends. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway 💕

This house was incredible. A perfect location. Right on the boardwalk, but away from the crowded areas. A peaceful beach to walk on. The home was absolutely lovely. Very comfortable and with nice finishes and amenities. The owner was very responsive to questions I had prior to arrival. They even had a bunch of very nice beach chairs for our use which saved much needed room in our car. I highly recommend this home and owner and would gladly stay here again.

This condo was even lovelier in person! So clean and roomy! We loved being able to sit in the living area and enjoy the dunes and the beach. We would highly recommend this rental! Perfect spot!

Missy, our Property Manager, was exceptional from start to finish.
The home was sparkling clean, full of thoughtful amenities and the on-boardwalk location was further enhanced by all the view-enhancing windows. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious.
An absolute joy to stay at this home; we can’t wait to come back in ‘23!

From the porch or picture window, having folks walking along the boardwalk was an interesting parade, though there’s enough distance to not break our privacy. Having the dunes, though they obstruct the ocean view, gave a nice nature setting giving the impression that you’re not right just a few blocks from boardwalk action though you are. Parking for 2 cars is a bit if a hassle but we found parking late in the day to keep a spot for the duration.

My family had a wonderful time in OC! The house was perfect! Missy was great, responding right away to any questions I had and making sure our stay was perfect! The location is awesome….right on the boardwalk and just steps away from the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time. Location is absolutely perfect and the apartment it’s well decorated and very comfortable. Nice views (little ocean view obviously as this is a first floor apartment) from the living room and porch.
As an improvement for upcoming families, I would suggest that the owner add more silverware, plates, mugs, etc. and a screen door for the porch would also be very useful

What a location!!!!!
So you are literally the first home at the very entry to the beach and walking distance to boardwalk and the fact that there is 3 bathrooms with 3 showers is incredible!! Family room/ dining room is actually bigger in person.

Perfect Location
The location of this property is amazing. So easy to access the boardwalk and beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The decor is updated and cute. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room in the living spaces and deck. Very clean.

Perfect property and location
This property was just perfect for us! The place is beautiful. It is modern, very clean, spacious, exactly as the pictures show. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked out the door, over the boardwalk, and right onto the beach. Perfect for having a toddler with us. Missy also supplies some amenities that most places, in my experience, do not. It certainly made packing for our trip a lot easier. She is also easy to reach and very pleasant to work with! Please check out this listing for your next vacation trip. You will not be disappointed!
