Things we loved about the house: Great location in town with a short walk or short drive to the lake and Sherman Ave and 4th Street; Comfortable with space for multiple people to spread out; Newly updated and fresh modern design; Well stocked kitchen; Excellent backyard for hanging out with comfortable chairs and picnic table; Gas grill works great; Wonderful communication from host; Easy check-in and checkout instructions. We had fantastic weather and spent hours chatting on the back patio. CDA is a wonderful place.

Everything was wonderful. Home is beautiful and well appointed with just about everything you need. Short walk to grocery store and of course ice cream shop.Close to town and Tubbs Hill for hiking. Great safe neighborhood.Grandkids loved skiing for the first time. We will be back.

I reserved this home for a girls' trip to visit the area. We all loved the home. It is very comfortable with a large kitchen and two fireplaces. It is in a great neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the interstate.

The house was very cute, updated and super clean. Wonderful location and within walking distance of downtown CDA. Take Sherman Ave all the uptown and the walk will be done in no time! I would definitely stay here again and again!

Great hostess.! My daughter left her wallet behind when we checked out. Hostess was very helpful in promptly locating it & mailing to dtg. The property was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable, & well located - east to reach downtown. The only drawbacks were No handrail to basement rooms. (Nervous about our toddler, and oldsters!). Also, had to visit Starbuck’s for internet connectivity,. Poor within house. Would rent again - when children a little older!

This home was perfect for our 5 sisters reunion. It was nice to all be in one place but had different areas of the home to spread out if we needed to. The location was a close/short drive to all the activity downtown and on the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was a great place to hang out. CDA was a beautiful place to visit and I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay that is nearby many activities, lake access and the downtown area.

The house was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 5 adults and two children. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Tubbs Hill, the beach and downtown area. Enough space for everyone and the backyard was peaceful!

Very clean, beautiful decor, well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed fires on the back patio and had a wonderful weekend!

This house exceeded our expectations! Fully remodeled and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home in this cute and comfortable house. Everything was extremely clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. This house is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood, right in the heart of town. The owner/property manager was easy to communicate with and was more than happy to drop off a pack'n'play for us. They even left cookies for us upon arrival! No complaints and definitely rate 5 out of 5. We will definitely book again in our next stay in Couer d' Alene

Very nice place to stay

A small group a friends stayed in this home. It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was conveniently located to downtown CDA. The home had everything we hoped, and would recommend.

Had crew of 4 working nights for a few days in CDA. Place was very clean and quiet as we were sleeping during the days. Remodel was done very well and we all had our own beds and places to be. Great price for the value received. Host was responsive and helped us out with our unusual check in times. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at this location! We came to CDA to check out the downtown and do other tourist type things. While we were in town, it was pretty rainy, so we ended up spending more time at our VRBO than we initially intended. We were thankful to have selected such a cozy space where we were content to spend our time. Things we LOVED: There were fresh cookies when we arrived. The property was VERY clean, had beautiful decorations, nice appliances & technology, was in a safe & quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance from downtown. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts on site. My only suggestions for improvement are as follows: It would have been nice to have a Keurig rather than a coffee pot. I sent a message to ask about fire wood & if we should bring our own, I never heard back so assumed there would be some for us to use, there were only 2 pieces. Would have been nice if there were more, or if we had gotten a message back. The beds were okay, but a bit "springy" as in you can feel the springs in your back. Overall, great place to stay in a nice location! Highly recommend & we will return!
