Our entire family simply loved enjoying this amazing property. So serene. So relaxing. For the kids, the ability to relax inside, outdoors in the shade, in the pool or on the beach! Everyone was able to enjoy the trip! No more than 15 minutes from just about anything you'd want to see or do in Aruba! On-site property host/hostess attend to your every request, facilitating an amazing stay! Communication was lightning fast every step of the way. This gorgeous home and property will NEVER disappoint! Just GO!

Pros for our family of 10: Private, quiet, secure, beautifully decorated, great WiFi, and clean. Fabulous pool and sand beach. Appreciated the paddle boards and balls and bikes and outdoor lounge furniture. Carlos was always helpful as he lives on the property. The owner was helpful in recommending: Island Rides rental cars which made transportation seamless; Chef Vincent who provided an outstanding meal for us and his cost was more reasonable as there were enough leftovers for 2 lunches. I would recommend making restaurant reservations for large groups at least 3 weeks ahead of your visit during the busy season. We were not able to get into several of our choices. We wish: the hot tub would have been working as we had sore muscles from lots of fun exercise. We wish we spoke Spanish to communicate with Carlos and Lisbeth. We wish the entertainment/game room that they are adding was completed as there is only one large TV conversation area inside the house. The kids, ages 9 to 13, needed a separate space for the evenings. This is definitely a 5-star, one-of-a-kind property with 5-star service. Enjoy!

This property is phenomenal. It's location right on the beach with its own pool was perfect for us. It was very tranquil, away from the hustle bustle of the high rise district, but just a short drive for wonderful dinners. The villa itself is wonderfully laid out and designed - with views from almost every room. (The pictures in the listing - as nice as they are - can't capture the actual beauty of the property). We stayed with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time. Joaquin, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. Lis the property manager and concierge was amazing. She went above and beyond - helping us schedule a chef's dinner, chef's brunch, and spa services at the villa. Carlos, who lives on site, was wonderful and alway there to lend a hand. The decks were freshly mopped and the beach was raked every morning. I really can't say enough good things about what Joaquin has built here - it is truly a top notch property with a wonderful team. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Our group of 10 family members stayed for 6 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! The house and grounds are immaculately kept. Joaquin is an amazing owner with fantastic communication for all of our needs and questions. Lis and Carlos are doting and kind and happy to help. I can't say enough positive things. I rented this house for my 45th and had 7 people. Was easy to find, on the beach, huge pool, and a large house. The cleaning staff were good and the on-site staff was excellent! There is a public beach next door and we quickly found out that the water and part of beach in front of house is public, and had some people and kids swimming in the lagoon area…. Not ideal but nothing you can do. The house has a BBQ outside and a float and paddle boards and kayak. It also has an outdoor speaker and tv which was cool. Great communication with property manager. The first floor is kitchen and the primary bedroom, and another bedroom with a smaller bed with what seemed to be a full size bed -that room also has a backroom with a massage table and had no view. Upstairs was the second primary with 2 beds, another room with 2 beds and then the office with pullout couch. Was very hard. Needs a mattress pad. Upstairs has a large deck with really nice patio furniture. House was super clean and the outside space was awesome! The house had coffee for us, but nothing else. We brought our own spices, sugar, olive oil etc to cook. The house is like 10 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to resort area. All in all was a wonderful stay and really loved it there. Thanks again to Carlos who took great care of us!!

La villa où tout est possible… Un petit coin de paradis qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes et plus encore! Avec Carlos, le majordome , qui est prêt à nous faciliter la vie en tout temps (commissions, ménage, lifts, etc.) et Liza qui nous a organisé toutes les activités que l’on voulait ( souper, massage sur la plage, photographe, etc.) nous avons passé des vacances de rêve! C’est avec le cœur gros que nous avons quitté cet endroit magique pour retourner à la vraie vie… 7 jours, ce n’était pas assez! Nous y retournons 10 jours l’an prochain! Un voyage que nous recommandons à tous ceux qui peuvent se le permettre! Service, accueil et lieux impeccables!!!

All I can say is wow! Our family had an amazing week staying in this beautiful and immaculate home on the beach! You can watch the waves of the sea while you are in the pool! Everything about the home and property were exactly as shown in pictures and described! Joaquin, the owner, was very responsive from before we booked our stay and even checked on us after we went home. He set up transportation to and from the airport, for both of our groups who arrived at different times. We wanted a rental car, so Joaquin set that up and the car was delivered to the home just as we arrived. Once we arrived to the house (Joaquin provided me the information to order groceries to have delivered the day before our arrival), we met Carlos and Liz! They are part of the team that takes care of everything in Aruba. Carlos is nice and very helpful! He lives in an apartment on the property. He takes care of the grounds outside, raking the beach, cleaning the pool, cleaning the pool deck, taking out the trash and bringing us bags of ice each day, to name a few things. Liz was there when we arrived and she is just as nice and wonderful. She showed us around the house, she would have a team come to the house, every other day, to bring fresh towels and beach towels, make beds and clean. She also set up a dinner at the house with the #1 chef in Aruba. He brought his team, all of the food to prepare and prepared a 4 course meal. She set up excursions, massages that were done at the house outside and when we could not find car seats, she found what we needed! We had 9 people at the house and the first time we wanted to go out to eat, we had my husband make 2 trips to get our 9 people at the restaurant. Carlos must have seen my husband driving back and forth and the next day, he gave him keys to another SUV, for us to “borrow” when we went out as a group of 9! It was incredible how Carlos helped us out, when we didn’t even ask! There were so many other details that made our stay amazing! The kitchen has more items to use, than I have in my own home. They had paper towels, napkins and toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, also. They even have those nice hangers in every room and plenty of drawers to unpack all of your things. Each bathroom had a package with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets! If you are looking at this home to rent, just do it! I promise you won’t regret your decision!

Villa Caskai was terrific in every way! The house is beautiful, modern, and comfortable, and the grounds are impeccable with breathtaking views. Spent spring break with our family and another family (9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids/teens) and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Joaquin (owner) was very responsive before and during our stay (answered lots of questions and helped arrange rental cars and snorkeling/scuba outings for the group), and Carlos (on-site caretaker) was beyond attentive and friendly. Everything from arranging for and picking up a custom birthday cake from a local bakery, to running out to get more ice and drinks….and constantly asking if there’s anything we need. He was the best! Lisbeth was also helpful in arranging for a massage and communicating our pickup/dropoff for transfers. And did I forget to mention the place is beautiful?! Thank you for a great vacation!

It all started with a Bon Bini!! Welcome, as they say in Aruba! Joaquin (home owner) made our stay wonderful from the beginning. He set up our ride accommodations from the airport with nothing more than a picture of my ID. He was even messaging us to give grocery and restaurant recommendations. Upon arriving, Carlos and Liz greeted us. Little did we know, they would be a highlight of our trip! To start, the house is stunning. Beautiful large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic views. The outdoor area is just as great. Large pool overlooking the ocean. There is a private beach area, grilling, and plenty of seating. Not only is the house immaculate, but you are also in a great location. 15 minutes from either side of the island, allowing plenty of activity/food options. The absolute best part of this property and something you can’t get elsewhere, the PEOPLE!! Liz is so kind and gentle! She was there to help book spa treatments, clean during our stay, help with the private chef and much more. She was willing to do anything it took to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. Carlos, the house host, is incredible!! He let us know he was there to help from the beginning, but he did much more than we could have ever expected. He got to know us, brought ice cream for the kids, champagne for the adults, and even allowed us to join him in cooking and enjoying his food. He went above and beyond anything we could have expected. He is now a friend and somebody we hope to stay connected to. Overall, this was the best place we have ever stayed. Every detail was thought out and every person was there to make sure we had the stay of a lifetime!! Thanks again and we hope to see everybody soon!

My family and I planned for weeks for our dream vacation to Aruba and staying at this beautiful, luxurious home. From the very beginning after confirming our reservation, the owner was extremely helpful! We were given excellent recommendations and advice regarding the best dining in the area, where to purchase groceries online, offer to provide private transportation from the airport for our entire group of 8, prearranged car rental to be delivered to the home, and offer to facilitate a mobile testing unit to come to the home for our family to get its required covid-19 testing prior to our return home. But as luck would have it , due to testing positive for covid-19. we had to cancel our travel plans just days prior to our scheduled arrival. Needless to say we were in a panic and truly disappointed. Airline bookings had to be canceled, and we were already past the deadline to cancel the reservation for this property. We contacted the homeowner and he graciously agreed to allow us to reschedule our trip for a future date. We are very excited and cannot wait until we can finally get to stay at this magnificent property. I obviously cannot comment on the property itself, but I can say that you will not be disappointed with the owner's helpfulness and willingness to accommodate guests. He availed himself whenever we had a question or needed help with our travel plans or needs. Very personable too!

This was a last minute booking because we decided to extend our stay in Aruba for few days and it was a great surprise as this place made our trip into an spectacular vacation. The Villa it self is a dream kept in impecable conditions. The overall experience was simply terrific. The team taking care of us was attentive, kind and helpful all the stay long, specially Mr. Carlos who makes you feel at home. Joaquin, the owner, was very responsive and on top of everything. He helped us hire a private chef and spa treatments delivered to the property, both really fantastic and made us feel in our own private resort. However the best thing about this unique property is to be able have your own beach and enjoy the spectacular sunsets in the afternoon. The Villa Caski experience was a true dream. The private gated villa itself is spectacular. Open beautifully decorated spaces both in and out - no detail has been missed. The Villa Caski experience actually stated prior to our booking- the owner Joaquin was in constant contact and there to answer all my questions. Once booked Joaquin was constantly available to help with rental car booking - airport transfers and every detail down to coolers, beach chairs and bikes to be made available upon our arrival. Joaquin also arranged to have an extraordinary Chef from the Gianni Group cook a Thanksgiving meal ( with an Aruban twist )for our family. The meal was incredible. The Villa is located 12 minutes south of the airport- away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists areas. The villa’s private beach with water access( kayaking and paddle boards on site ) is a definite plus. All beaches and restaurants are a 15-25 minute drive( one exception is The Flying Fishbone 2 minutes away and a must try). On several days we never left the villa - why would we - it is true paradise !!! Finally, there is Carlos- the shinning star of the villa. Carlos is the on site property manager who is there to care for any of your daily needs. Although on site , you would not know that he is there but, he always seems to show up when you need something. Carlos ( and his dog Frida ) are kind and wonderful. Never did we want for anything with Carlos ( and Joaquin ) at the helm. By trips end everyone in our group considered Carlos not just a property manager but, a true friend. Having owned our own villa in the BVI for 15 years and having stayed in villas throughout the Caribbean we HIGHLY recommend Villa Caski to everyone.
